This was my first time ordering an arrangement through Elk River floral.
While the arrangement itself was beautiful, I had a couple things I found to be frustrating with my order:
First, the arrangement I ordered knowingly came in a wood block base filled with green plant foam versus a water filled vase. The frustrating thing about this was the lack of instructions during ordering or upon receiving the flowers. The foam block was saturated with water...but were we supposed to water it more, or leave it be as is? If it needed to be watered more, how often? We assumed the block had enough water

This is the second time we have them a chance and it wasn’t good. My husband bought a valentines bouquet yesterday and when he gave it to me some of the flowers looked half dead already, it looked like it was thrown together, and today over half the flowers are dead!!!! We have our heat at 68 and a humidifier going so it wasn’t too hot in our home. Never going back!!!!!

If you use this florist expect to receive personalized service. It's way different from internet floral services. I spoke to a flower artist who fulfilled my order based on my color preferences and availability flowers, all within my budget and time frame. Thank you for great customer service and quality.

Elk River Floral was so accommodating and helpful. I came in last minute to get a floral arrangement for my mom's funeral and they knocked it out of the park. It was beautiful and they were very reasonably priced. They made an amazing last minute arrangement and kept it below my budget. I'd definitely recommend them. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I ordered flowers yesterday for a friend who is having a hard time. All of the big name companies I typically go with didn't deliver out to Zimmerman so I begin searching for flower delivery that was closer to her neck of the woods. I found Elk River Floral on Yelp and decided to give them a try. The prices are reasonable and ordering online is simple. The flowers arrived same day and were even more beautiful than the picture online. I'd definitely recommend them!

Ordered funeral flowers and requested 4 birds in the arrangement, one for each grandchild of the deceased, plus jewel-toned flowers. When we arrived, the flowers were prominently displayed, as the arrangement was stunning! I thought the birds would be on sticks, but they were artfully glued to arcs of reeds or something like that. It really was unusual and beautiful. Thank you for such a lovely arrangement. Wish I could add a photo.

I stopped in today to get some flowers sold by the stem. I heard that there had been a funeral so flowers had been limited. I can understand. The flowers in the cooler were a little old to choose from. The prices on them were a bit high. The person, possibly the owner, seemed a little moody and not so friendly as I would have expected especially in a flower shop. Overall, not impressed.
