Randy Cakes has been serving the Chantilly and South Riding area since 2013. Aly, the owner and baker started out making cake pops for a friends birthday party and eventually branched out into cakes. Having grown up with all homemade treats by her Mother and Grandmother, she knew never to cut corners on ingredients and the benefits of making things from scratch.

I cannot stop gushing about Randy Cakes, and my experience with Aly. I have used Aly for all major events, since finding her a few years ago, and I have never been disappointed. Some are pictured, some are not, some are not even made yet! She is going to make the cake for my best fiends wedding next year, and I know it will be spectacular.

Randy Cakes provided the cake and cake pops for my baby shower! The owner was very professional and provided my order on time and it was exactly what I ordered. Ordered a cake from her over a month in advance. Was never able to get her on the phone, she only texted from time to time. Then she canceled my custom cake order 3 days before my daughters birthday party on a holiday weekend when it's impossible to get anything but a grocery store cake.

Randy Cakes made the cake for my bridal shower, wedding reception, as well as the cupcakes for our post wedding brunch! Every single cake was beautifully decorated and delicious! For our wedding reception we chose the lemon blueberry cake with Swiss buttercream frosting. Aly made sure the flowers on the cake matched our decor perfectly. In addition, Aly was great to work with. I highly recommend Randy Cakes for any occasion!

I found Randy Cakes at the Wellness farmers market outside of the Gum Spring library this summer. She was super nice and had great sample of cake pops and had a portfolio of pictures that were gorgeous too.
I sent her an email of what I wanted my sons first birthday cake to look like. It was a fall/Halloween themed birthday. I gave her a sample picture from the internet of what I wanted and she made it so much better! The cake tasted awesome and everyone that it was awesome. It was almost too pretty to eat! So glad that I found her that random Saturday.
