Highest recommendation. Five stars x 2. Susan is an outstanding audiologist and a pleasure to work with. Brent took great care of me every step of the way and made the entire process incredibly easy. The entire staff is very personable. I suffered with significant hearing loss in both ears for several years, but my two brief visits to Heritage Audiology were life changing. Quality of care is extremely important to me, and Heritage Audiology exceeded my expectations in this regard. It is a great comfort to know that I can rely on this audiology practice for support and service on an ongoing basis

I cannot thank Heritage Audiology enough! Their service was outstanding from my first interaction with Brent and my appointments (along with all follow ups) with Dr. Susan! Heritage is very attentive to my hearing needs and follow ups were easy & very straightforward.
I love my new hearing aids and I'm hearing things I haven't heard in a number of years! They recommended a high quality pair of aids that suited my needs.
