Raleigh Hearing and Tinnitus Center provides hearing solutions that are more powerful, precise and user-friendly than ever before. Our expertise in this state-of-the-art line of hearing aids ensures that our patients are receiving superior comfort, unmatched technology and the best-in-class features.
We provide diagnostic audiologic evaluations, diagnostic hearing evaluations and live speech mapping performed by our licensed audiologists. Cerumen, or ear wax, can be removed from the ear canal so that it does not interfere with listening or comfort, especially for individuals who wear hearing aids.
Sheri Mello, AuD has been practicing as an audiologist since 1988. She has an extensive background in the hearing aid industry serving as practitioner in an ENT clinic to a director for a major hearing aid manufacturer and now sole owner of a private practice. Her focus has always been and continues to be educating the consumer on the ever changing technology and how it can work for them.
We are dedicated to improving the lives of the hearing impaired, one patient at a time. Everything we do is to help people with hearing loss enjoy the sounds, voices, people and conversations in their lives. We take great pride in helping people get back the gift of hearing-there is nothing more gratifying.
If your hearing device(s) need to go in for repair no matter if you purchased them from us or not, we will loan you the latest technology available on the market while yours are away. A program that allows you to go home with the latest hearing technology available so you may see if hearing devices are for you.

Well, tinnitus appearing out of nowhere ended me up here, and I could not have asked for a better experience than this. Dr. Baker is truly a saving grace! She was so welcoming and explained everything and answered all of my questions in detail. I’m so glad I decided to come here from a recommendation from my friend who also suffers from Tinnitus. I actually look forward to my next appointment, and Lisa the office manager was so friendly and kind, great experience from beginning to end, don’t hesitate coming here just come on!

There are not enough stars in a 5 star scale to describe the amazing service and fantastic experience from this office. Dr. Baker is so patient and talented as audiologist and helped me hear clearly in twenty minutes for the first time in fifty years of straining to hear or not hearing at all. Ten stars from me, and many thanks for the great care and compassion. Its wonderful to experience the sounds I've missed and the gentle music of life again. Its a pleasure to have a chance to enjoy the sounds in this world again, and I'm so appreciative of the opportunity I've been given from this office

I developed acute and severe tinnitus in September 2021. I was evaluated at another tinnitus clinic in December 2021 and left there with only feelings of disappointment, confusion, and apprehension. Although I know this disturbing "head noise" might be a lifetime issue for me, in January 2022 Dr. Baker was able to better evaluate my condition, help me calm certain fears I have for the future, and provide me with recommendations and coping tools. I left Raleigh Hearing and Tinnitus Center with a greater hope for the future. Thank you!

I am super impressed with the professional and friendly staff and service at this Center. I was pressed for time to receive my first set of hearing aids as I was flying abroad in a short time and Dr. Sheri Mello came through with flying colors! The consultation, testing and service was excellent. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for good hearing aids and consultation.

I have been to the office 3 times and always have been treated very well. Dr Baker is the best. She is very nice and smart. The one thing that I can say is they did not push me at all to get hearing aids. So far I am very happy with their service. And they have free snacks drinks and welcome gifts. You can’t beet that.

I have been going to audiologists for nearly 60 years and found the best ever. Dr. Mello is a rock star. She listened to my issues, gave a test, and made adjustments to the hearing aid so I can hear in different situations. As a result, this is the first time I have ever worn a hearing aid so consistently.
Lastly, the customer service is prompt, friendly and professional. I can not all for anything more from a great group of people.

I am writing my first review 1 year after my initial visit. After going to other doctors offices and being told that my hearing was fine, I finally found an office that would help me with my hearing problems. It took one visit for testing and an initial fit for a hearing aid. I was treated very well by everyone at the office. They took a long time with me at my initial exam to dial in my concerns and give me options for my hearing problems. I can now hear just like normal. In the office, on the phone, at noisy places. I can hear! I feel like I have gotten my life back. I can offer my full endorsement
