They ordered parts for our ice maker. After not hearing from them for over 5 weeks, I called and they claimed they had called and left a message. Scheduled an appointment to do the repair and they no showed. Again, claimed they called and left a message. Didn't. When I call their manager, he was so concerned he offered to come out in "two weeks" for the repair. Unbelievable.

Not only did this company come out and did absolutely nothing but waste my time, I had to pay a service fee for them to do so since I couldn't give a decision for him to fix it that day or not. I wasn't prepared to pay for 1k repair bill that he claimed 3 diff things were wrong with it. He wasn't detailed at all nor very professional. After I paid him $60 to do nothing I asked for a breakdown of his estimates and cost so I could talk to my husband first on which part to repair first. I never got the breakdown, just the run around. I called them several times for it and each time

I would not use them again. I'm very unhappy with the technician who came out and didn't want to tell me what he was doing when changing the settings for the water filter. He kept saying how complicated it was and yet he was finished in less than ten minutes. He seemed unprofessional asking to use my paper towels to clean up the water.
I think he should be prepared to do the whole job without using any of my things.
I do not recommend them. He also said he gave me a complimentary estimate, but did not give me anything in writing. If it's not in writing, how do I know the breakdown

We used these guys to diagnose and fix our fridge that had been freezing for now reason and ruining all of the food on the refrigerator side. It was easy to schedule an appointment online and they came out to look for no charge. They called to confirm right before arrival. The technician did not seem too knowledgable, but ended up diagnosing it correctly. He did not have the part on hand so he had to order and we waited a few weeks.

These people are the best!!! They rebuilt my Sub Zero Refrigerator at a fraction of the cost for a new one. I paid them upfront, which quite honestly made me a little nervous, but these people are as honest as they are good at what they do. They were very courteous and professional! I will definitely call them when ever the need arises. I would HIGHLY recommend them!

Very friendly and knowledgeable owner who came out and diagnosed and fixed the problem himself after a few days waiting to get parts in and then defrosting entire refrigerator because of ice blockage. Bert is awesome!! We will use him in the future for any refridgerator needs! Hopefully we won't need any fixes again though! Sorry Bert!
