I received the right product on the right day but the process before and after was a nightmare. No information on the website about the cost, very rude employee called me when they arrived with the unit, and when I didn't receive an invoice they accused me of giving them the wrong email address. Let the record show that they informed me of my unpaid invoice via email - the email address that I gave them and that they insisted was wrong when I said that I hadn't received an invoice

Customer service” woman was extremely rude when called to inquire about a fridge rental for SMU freshman. Multiple other reviews also mentioned how rude person answering the phone was so this is not an isolated case. Thank goodness we found this out early and not rent from them otherwise cannot imagine the nightmare later on. Why would the owner(s) of this business allow this type of behavior ruining their business unless person on phone was the owner??

Refrigerator is fine and is nice actually. However, when I applied for it the email said I wouldn't get it till I payed for it. I did get an invoice but not a way to pay for it. Then all of a sudden a refrigerator showed up at my door while I was in class. No notice or anything. Then I got called a couple days later by a very rude lady saying my payment was passed due and I must pay it. Which was something I was trying to figure out how to do with my RD. She was rude the entire call. She finally sent me a way to pay for the refrigerator during the call, after I also emailed her for a way too. And

The microwave and fridge are very impressive, the staff are incredible helpful and friendly. This has been an incredible investment so far, glad to have tried it and would recommend it to everyone who needs refrigerators or microwaves especially in college. They tell you how to maintain it over time as well. Thanks
