If you own a business that uses any type of commercial vehicle, you need Liability Insurance! According to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) and CA law, having a liability insurance policy is REQUIRED for all commercial businesses. So, what does this mean? Essentially, without proof that you have a liability insurance policy, you CANNOT LEGALLY OPERATE your commercial vehicles.
If your business involves commercial trucks or trailers, you likely use them to ship or transport goods! This means that you will need Cargo Insurance to protect your freight. Your cargo is the heart of your company and the most important part of your business. If an unexpected event occurs, like theft, a storm, an accident, or something similar, your cargo could get ruined!
When you're in the commercial automobile business, your vehicle is your money-maker! Consequently, if you're forced to be without it, because of an unexpected event, it can be financially devastating. Therefore, you want to avoid this no matter what. The best way to guard against this risk is by arming yourself with Physical Damage Insurance.
Collision Insurance, paired with Comprehensive Insurance, make up Physical Damage coverage. Collision Insurance guarantees your financial protection after a wreck. Trucks are destructive vehicles and you don't want to get stuck paying out of pocket. This drains your finances. This type of policy will pay out even if you need a new car.

They are not helpful. They respond with very short answers and don't know what they are doing, they respond to you as if they are ALWAYS correct. We've spoken to other agencies who are 100 times more helpful and more interested in helping us. If you have a question you have to ask them multiple times and call them because they will not call you back or answer until you bug them about it.
