Fitness is an essential part of our lives, but many people fail to make it a priority. Daily pressures such as work or family commitments can play a role in neglecting physical health. With that neglect comes unwanted side effects like weight gain or lack of motivation; Unfortunately, many people hesitate to seek the support they need to get back on track.
It's a well-known fact that fitness is important for our everyday lives and health. Unfortunately, many of us put our fitness goals on the back burner because of work or hectic family schedules. We quickly discover that when we do this it doesn't take long for us to gain unwanted extra weight and lose our motivation to exercise.
As essential as food, water, or oxygen, frequent exercise is a major key to a long and fruitful life. Sadly, due to our busy schedules and the challenges of modern life, getting much-needed exercise isn't as easy these days. Visiting Hollywood, FL and staying at the Diplomat Hotel. CFT is just across the street from hotel. The group exercise class was energizing, motivating, and a great workout! I felt comfortable in a brand new setting and the trainers were great about accommodating exercises for my lower back pain. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone in the Hollywood area! 5 stars!

The employees are great at presentation, they're great salespeople. But I was disappointed with the program itself. They say the program is fully customized to your needs but it's not. The class is done in groups of 2 an instructor tells you what you are going to do and you take turns with the students until then okay, but I didn't like it was the fact that I talked about the food I was sold that it would be customized for my biotype and they gave me after 2 weeks a sheet that was already printed, nothing customized for what I wanted... I was also told that I could cancel my subscription and I

Extremely nice gym. Love working out there as nd the trainers are accommodating. If you have injuries they will make accommodations and change the workout. Very knowledgable and great quality of workouts. Bryan is amazing and patient. Considering I have not worked out in an extremely long time. Loved it.

This is a great gym! I’ve been going for a little over a month and it’s amazing. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and supportive.
It’s group fitness/boot camp/HIIT style, so not overly heavy weight intensive like CrossFit. The workouts are always changing, very challenging, and so rewarding to complete. I always leave completely worn out.
If you’re looking for a great group of people and a great workout, definitely come try a class!
Plenty of parking at the garage and they will validate.

CFT is directly across from the Diplomat Beach Resort
Excellent HIT classes as well as personal training and spinning.
Dean trained us:: great HIT training with variety and challenge.
Excellent space and equipment.
If you are staying at the Diplomat,this is a great way to get an excellent workout with no hassle.
Dean and his staff are superb and have an excellent fund of knowledge.

While staying at the Diplomat I didn’t want to miss my workouts, so I gave CFT a try for a spin class. What a beautiful place. The staff welcomed me into their gym family for the duration of my stay. Terrific workouts and trainers. Would definitely become a member if I were local.

I am addicted to this gym! I cant wait for my next class. Dean (the owner) and the instructors are so nice and really push you (but in a nice way :-) ). The workouts are always changing so you don't get bored. I have been going a 2-3 times a week now for a month and I can already see results. Best workout classes EVER!

I love working out on my own, but also I like to try different fitness classes. From the first day I have tried the CFT facility I was impressed . Honestly, the classes are great and Dean is an amazing instructor! He takes his time with every client to ensure each and every one receives the best workout experience.

My experience at CFT (Core Fitness Training) has been excellent due to the owner, Dean, and the professional trainers who make the program entertaining and geared to your needs. I have seen improvement in my flexibility and endurance after attending a series of classes such as Tabata on Tuesday’s and Circuit training on Saturday’s. The trainers motivate you during the high intensity workouts so that you can burn fat efficiently and help you attain your own individual fitness goals. The cherry on top would be the location of the gym.

I have and trained with Dean for 6 yrs now. The new gym at Diplomat looks amazing. Open space, professional and cool staff doing a variety of exercises to switch it up a bit. Whether you like to train alone, take a class, or have a one-on-one session, this is your place!
