We are a group of coaches, instructors and trainers who's mission and passion is about serving others, customizing your fitness and wellness needs to create a happier, healthier and better lifestyle. A majority of our time is spent at our workplace. Age doesn't define who you are, simply the number of years you have lived, loved, learned and experience what life has taught and brought to you. Strength training and weight loss: There are a variety of ways to accomplish this. We have a very creative process utilizing many different fitness tools, equipment all brought to you.
Services
Cindy is a personal trainer, group fitness instructor and wellness coach that has over 20 years experience in the fitness and wellness industry. She is a Certified AFAA instructor and Madd Dogg Athletics Spin Instructor. She has completed hundreds of fitness, wellness, nutrition sessions ranging from yoga to strength training to overall mental, health and physical well being.

Research shows that we can train and slow the aging process by focusing on mental health, cardiovascular, strength training, fall prevention, flexibility and balance. Regular exercise can help senior adults stay independent and can prevent many health issues or assist in improving existing conditions.
Weight loss and strength training are a duo to ensure an overall successful weight loss program. Weight training builds muscle, and muscle burns more calories than fat-up to three times more, according to some estimates. As mentioned before, the more muscle you have the more calories you burn. You must burn 3500 calories to lose a pound.
Where you focus goes, your energy flows. Creating a stronger mind set and foundation is key to health and wellness success. In these sessions you will experience all the physical components of your exercise program but not only will you learn how to strengthen and achieve your physical goals, you will begin to build a strong foundation of mental well being.
