Diamante Montessori School is an AMS affiliated Montessori preschool located in Glen Ellyn, Illinois and serving Lombard, Wheaton, Lisle and the surrounding community. The school was formed in 2002 as a nonprofit organization with the goal of providing the best possible education to our children.
Our hope is that Diamante will continue to grow and be at the forefront of preschool education and give parents a high-quality option for preschool education.Provide a healthy, clean environment in which the teachers and children are happy and can grow. Diamante Montessori offers preschool educational programs following the American Montessori Society's (AMS) methodology. Our programs are for children from the ages of 2 through 6 years-old. Our school year runs from Labor Day through Memorial Day and typically follows the District 41 school calendar for Holidays.
Diamante Montessori's Mission is to attract and retain the area's best Montessori instructors thus providing our students with the best possible education using the Montessori method. Our staff is a group of highly dedicated and extremely experienced instructors. All of our directresses are certified in the Montessori method of education and have at least several years experience teaching Montessori.

This not only gives you a feel for the school, but also how our teachers interact with the students and how student interact with each other an behave.
Diamante has many ways for parents to stay in touch with what is going on with their child at school and also help you to instill Montessori at Home as well. Diamante's newsletters are a way for our parents who are unable to come to visit the school to stay in touch with the classroom activities. Our newsletter is published once a month during the school year and is emailed to all parents as well as posted to the web!
