We offer a complete line of cosmetic, neuromuscular, and general dentistry treatments for people in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area and have been doing so for over 10 years. Cosmetic dentistry is Dr. Babak Firouzi's passion - an ideal combination of his love of building and working with his hands and his enthusiasm for helping others. Dr. Firouzi has lived in the Pittsburgh area since 1984. He graduated in 1994 from University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
Because of his accomplishments in school, he was accepted to a very sought-after hospital residency program, Waterbury hospital in Connecticut a Yale affiliated University Hospital, where he received post-graduate training in most of the dental specialties.He went on finish the program as chief resident.

Any successful cosmetic dentistry procedure must begin with a thorough initial consultation. Dr. Firouzi provides a complimentary initial consultation to all of his patients that usually lasts anywhere from a half hour to forty five minutes. A thorough examination of your teeth, gums, and jaw. X-rays and other technologies may be necessary depending on the desired cosmetic or neuromuscular procedure.
The cost of cosmetic dentistry procedures can run anywhere from a few hundred to several thousand dollars depending on the extent of work that needs to be performed. For example, a simple one-visit tooth whitening procedure involves no surgery or sedation and is therefore rather inexpensive compared to an extensive full mouth reconstruction.
Dental technology has come a long way in recent years. As a result, many dental procedures are safer, more effective, less painful, and more affordable than ever. Many procedures that are routine now were not even possible 20 years ago. Intraoral Camera - This small camera is embedded in a probe that we use to inspect the inside of your mouth, tooth by tooth.

Dr Bob and his team are the perfect blend of an extremely friendly and supportive environment combined with the highest of professionalism and skill. I first went to Dr Bob in 2018 when I had an infected tooth that needed replaced. I was quite nervous before I went to see him and had tried to see another dentist previously. If you know someone with jaw or TMJ issues please give their office a call. My daughter had headaches every single day for 2 years until Dr. Firouzi treated her. She hasn't has a headache since. Best of all, no surgery!
