Awful experience living here. Hot water goes put regularly, trash bill is consistently $100 (which management doesn't warn you about). Management is unresponsive despite changing over to a new manager. There's cockroaches everywhere. If you're desperate go for it, however if you have the means, avoid this place like the plague.

I recently moved into this property in April. So far my experience has been great! I do not have a car at the moment so being located by the light rail and Walmart makes it convenient for me! The property manager Chris is always quick to return my calls and or take care of requested maintenance in 1-2 days depending on the type of maintenance. I personally have not seen any roaches in my apartment.

RENTERS BEWARE!!! Thia place is out to scam you. They do not communicate properly when you sign up for tenancy. Low and behold all these "policies" came up when we tried to move out. And they stiffed us big time on our deposit. Charges for misc cleaning but no pictures for proof. They want your money and dont care about you!
