Called to inquire about availability. The property manager picked up and was very rude and short with me. Seemed annoyed that I even bothered to call. Not professional.

Stay very very Far from this place. Not only were the police there almost every night but my car got broken into several times, kids threatening to jump my 2 small kids and the manager having anger issues. To top it off we have waited almost 30 days to get our deposit and not one person from the apartments has contacted us but instead kept our deposit than proceeded to send us to collection for a balance that was never told to us and why we owe it. Time to sue them now. There is an order in which they must abide by and laws to protect you. You can't just send someone to collections without an explanation

They accept breed restricted dogs, which is what makes the price such a good deal. I've seen Pit Bulls, German Shepherds, & Great Danes around the property. They also supply dog bags to pick up after your dog across the property for free.
The landlord is a nice guy, I'd describe him as an older hippie type. Don't think that doesn't mean he isn't a businessman, and that he won't keep you on the up and up when it comes to your finances, but he's relaxed enough to handle most issues without getting angry or becoming unprofessional. Al's often seen standing outside the office Monday - Friday. I'm

Reminder: The cost per unit (with pets even) is significantly less than other places!
Don't expect an apartment at the level of $3000/mo for 2 bedrooms at the price of $1200/mo for 2 bedrooms.
First and foremost, they ALLOW large dogs AND they allow restricted breeds provided they are simply registered to Rancho Cordova, are spayed/neutered, and up to date on shots and vaccines.
My unit was renovated before I moved in. New dishwasher, new refrigerator (still had the factory blue wrap on it's door), new paint job, and new front door.
We are RIGHT next to a creek/river, so yes... I have seen

Only been here 7 months but it's a good deal for the price.
Moved here as it was the cheapest place in east Sacramento that let us keep our Rottweiler.
One of our neighbors gets into loud arguments two or three times a month that you can hear from a few apartments down, but that's apartment living for you.
Other small things like that keep it from being perfect, but I don't regret moving here.

Lived here for 2.5 years and from the 1st day I lived there I was anxiously waiting for the day to move out. It's roach infested and has been for over 20+ years. The people who live there are either crazy or doped out on drugs or both. Cops are there about 1 time a week, they also do daily patrol so that's cool. Also, inside your own apartment you can hear your neighbors talking or watching tv. It's not insulated 1 bit so you can also hear people outside having conversations. Slumlord Al takes hella long to get stuff fixed. We had a list of stuff that didn't get fixed for almost 2 years. IF YOUR

I don't know what these other reviews are talking about, I've lived in a roach infested complex where the landlord would only spray the unit currently complaining, and not the whole building. Within a week of seeing a single roach at our apartment (not a surprise, there's a creek right next to us) the landlord notified us the entire complex was getting sprayed!
My AC stopped working and I mentioned it in passing to the landlord, he had it fixed less than 15 minutes later.
Plus, I got to bring my dog! Had a lot of trouble finding a place that would allow a pit bull, even if she's only half, and

Garbage apartments. Want to charge $800 for a one bedroom in the ghetto with no washer/dryer and no dishwasher. Oh and let's not forget the fact that the police are here almost daily, there's gunshots within the apartments monthly, and pizza places can't even deliver here because their drivers will get robbed. If that doesn't say what kind of place this is then i don't know what does. Stay clear from these apartments.
