Additional security deposit $500 for first pet and $250 for the secound, monthly pet rent $35 for pets 1-49lbs and $50 for pets 50lbs and above, a written signed consent form, veterinarian statement, an appointment with our office team to meet your pet prior to moving in and registration may be required prior to moving your pet into the community.

BDX at Capital Village is a beautiful and affordable residential facility! The amenities offered are top of the line! The pool, gym, and public spaces are beautiful and well maintained. The apartments offered are spacious with great layouts. The office staff and property manager are very knowledgeable, professional, and care about their residents. I highly recommend this facility!

I have to admit, no one in the leasing office made me feel welcome when I came in to view apartments. I've stopped by several times and dealt with different people each time. The first time, a unit in building 3 was listed on Zillow Rentals but not on their official site and I was told it wasn't available. I understand that, the bulk listed apartment sites are never that accurate. I was told that the up-to-date list will always be on the website.
Okay. Fair enough.
However, this morning I popped on the website to see that #1307 in Building 1 was available at $1573/mo. I was excited

The Leasing Office is very unprofessional. I had an appointment to see its unit and its leasing agent didn't show up. I made several phone calls and sent messages reminding them about our appointment and that I am waiting in front of their Leasing Office; but no reply. Its leasing personnel just waited my time. Its Leasing Office didn't even contact me later to explain why they didn't show up in our appointment. I hope this irresponsibility and total disregard to customers don't happen to these unprofessional people in the Leasing Office, because I am sure they would be furious

Way overpriced! Allen lies to cover his butt. And most ofthe amenities that they sold us on and why it was expensive...you couldn't even use and no break on the rent. I lost my job and it was ridiculous that we had to fill out all this paperwork and then also go online to fill out same crap. Can't wait to move out.

Just moved in and the upstairs neighbor children's will fall thru the ceiling I thing, the noise that comes from upstairs its constant and unbearable. Looks like those children are abandoned with no parental supervision. I have called the office and spoke with Shelby. No change so far. I have send an e-mail to the assistant manager Allan and I was told that I can call security number after office hours listed on the sheet. So I did and so far nothing's changed. Do I need to call child protective services?

A beautiful place to have been blessed to call home while working several months in Sacramento! Alan Valencia and Shelby Zaucha were particularly responsive and helpful throughout my stay...and after as well in helping with a debacle with the furniture rental company and saving a couple packages for me that came after I'd been transferred already. The only piece that broke my heart was when the city removed the beautiful trees on the backside of the unit!! But unfortunately BDX had no control over that...and they do have trees planted back there that will be big, beautiful, peaceful and shading

The house from the inside looks fine. Must share about a case that happened to me. In terms of location it is very bad. They broke into my car twice and stole my airbags. They stole my wallet from the car. No cameras. Once I went to throw the garbage and inside the bins I found a homeless man sleeping there. Very unpleasant experiences and a lot of crime in the area

I would like to say big thanks to the manager Aidan Ordona. It’s a really nice guy. He showed us some units, explained everything, answered on all questions. It took about 1 hour to see units, but this guy, he is professional, he knows how to do his job. I wish I had any apartments has manager like him. He is fantastic. Thank you, Aidan!

Absolutely Gorgeous! And everything is near by, like Costco, and shopping plaza's. I love the layout of all the floorplans. Even the studio has privacy. The place is always clean and I'm so excited that this place is finally here. It's new, and you can totally tell. Love the staff here too. Courteous and very professional.

Several of my friends rent apartments here. They are becoming unhappy with the ever increasing rental being charged. They say this. The increase in monthly rent upon renewal is making this apartment too expensive to rent. The surrounding similar apartments are less expensive. Capital Village rent increases was first said to be 6 % and they lowered it to 4%. Utilities are extra. However the cost of living increase for 2020 is expected to be less than 2% which is the increase amount that is seen for surrounding similar apartments. Not clear why they are raising rents so much and becoming even more

While our experience at BDX has been largely very satisfying, the recent pipe leak we encountered in our apartment left a terribly sour taste in our mouths.
I woke up early Sunday morning to find a puddle of water in our master bathroom that developed from water dripping down from the ceiling near an air vent and lighting fixture. As a temporizing measure, I dried everything up and placed a container to catch the water while we waited to contact the front office as soon as they opened. Upon doing so, Tabria responded and told me the maintenance staff would resolve the emergency issue right away

This building is brand new (building one finished in 2018 when we moved in initially) and has already gone through one major management changeover. A lot of the so called advantages to living here that might justify the cost have been slowly removed by the new management overtime. Despite this, we stayed bc we hadn't had major issues but we can't overlook this one...
I am frustrated because we spend a lot to live here but the service is awful. We have a leak in our apartment presumably from upstairs and despite this being an EMERGENCY, the maintenance guy just told the management office

I've lived here for a little bit less than a year and I LOVE it! Renewing my lease soon to stay another year in February. I have my dog here and live in a one bedroom. Alyssa the assistant manager is always so helpful and nice through any questions that image since it has been my first time living alone. She's awesome!! If you are looking into moving here I suggest dealing with her :)

The valet trash servicel is a bust!! The idea sounds great, but there is no service on Fridays and Saturdays. Ideally everyone is suppose to follow the rules, but there are annoying selfish neighbors , who don't value the pleasant living of others. Who violates the rules every weekend. If your neighbor leaves trash out side on these days in the hot weather it smells like you live in a dumpster. Even after calling management and informing them on Saturday morning nothing is done. The management seems not to care that they are subjecting all the tenants to this fowl air over the weekend. The

Moved in about 9 months ago and so far my experience has been tremendous! Love the amenities from the pet wash station, to the game rooms, and of course the pool and gym! Apartments are very spacious, open and bright. The manager Alyssa is always so helpful whenever I have any questions and the entire staff is always up and nice!
Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location, clean property, awesome amenities, and a fair price. Love this place and plan on staying for awhile!

They need to do a better job communicating with their tenants. I am a current resident at BDX. I was enrolled in autopay and just recently they've changed their payment system. On the notice that they have sent, it said that we are invited to enroll in their new payment system (Domuso) for autopay yet it did not specify that the old payment is going to be disabled. I was under the assumption that my autopay is still active since the notice was just an option for another payment. It did not specify that all autopay saved on the old system will be disabled.

(3.5/5 stars) i have been asked by management to update my review after speaking with them about my concerns. In regards to the poor management of the apartments, moving in was a pain (I spent 4 hours in the leasing office before getting my keys because they made us sign the wrong lease 3 times!). Since they switched over to a new management company, I cannot comment on the new move in process. So, I am basing my review on MY move in experience. The Leasing office staff is still clueless when it comes to anything about the property, but according to management, they are being sent for weekly training

BDX at capital village is a great place to live. Everything is well thought out. The appliances are all brand new American made products and they look amazing. They are also very energy efficient. I'm told there are tankless water heaters that supply the hot water. which means there will be unlimited hot water. Tankless water heaters are one of the most energy efficient ways you can heat water for homes. The HVAC system is very quiet and ducted very well. Although I hardly ever have to use it do to the fact the exterior of building is so well insulated there is very little thermal transfer

Amazing setting with walkable access to nearby shops, restaurants and employment. Views from balconies of the creek and especially village Green can be stunning. I could imagine enjoying a warm summer evening with a glass of wine and friends listening to music from the Friday night concerts in the park that happen in August.
