Regularly working with real cacao can have therapeutic health benefits, including creating new neural pathways that change our daily experience to include more joy, love, and connection. Cacao contains theobromine, an alkaloid in the methylxanthine class of compounds, which also contain caffeine, mateine, and more.

Super special place. Austin, who was working the day I first walked into 3rd Eye, was so kind, helpful, and gentle. đđź I wasnât feeling so great, but his attention and care made me feel right at home. â¨đĄâ¨
Also, the decor and music are eclectic and healing. đ And the cacao elixirs are soothing. đľ

Cult-like atmosphere. Owner def gives out cult-like vibes. Something is off.

I am also Indian, adopted by Anglo parents that instilled both American and Indian culture into my life, but I didnât get a sense of that from your establishment. It was more of a cult-like

This place is the absolute best. The community is so welcoming and the cacao drinks are the tastiest I have had. Everytime we are in Austin we come here. You must check out their schedule as they have yoga classes, Live music, sound baths, meditations and other amazing ceremonies.

3rd eye meditation lounge is such a special place. Moving from NYC to Austin TX in 2019 I was so grateful to find such an amazing group
Of teachers, guides, unique events- high quality products and amazing energy. I learned so many cool things at 3rd eye And I can espĂŠcially recommend their breathwork classes and Cacao. Neil and Ash are amazing and the location of their place is comforting, healing , energizing and nurturing. All are welcome! Enjoy :)

This is the place to come if you're needing rejuvenation and peace. I went to Third Eye's Ladies Night and it was PHENOMENAL. I had to go back a 2nd time. I have met the most wonderful people at this studio, and Ash and Neil are no less than Top Notch and wonderful to be around. If you're visiting, just moved to Austin, or you're a long time resident, Third Eye is definitely ONE PLACE You Must Enjoy!

Such a warm & welcoming space with the community to match. I stopped in here just to see what it was all about & Neil so generously offered my friend & I to try one of their cacao tonics - which was such a pleasant surprise & an amazing treat.
