We would highly recommend HAE to any company or residential customer that is interested in a master programmer who provides the customer service to match! My system used a variety of Crestron product lines and included home audio, security, climate, and lighting. HAE was able to hide all the complexity and give me a system with intuitive controls that even my 8 year old can operate.

I inherited my Creston system from the previous owner and it was a disaster when i tried using it. i was about to invest thousands in a different system after trying to have it repaired by the installers, when i found Derrick and HAE. He came out and had it up and running perfectly within a day. He is THE expert in what he does and i have been very happy with my system ever since.

Derrick and the team are in the business of delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction with the most cutting edge technology out there. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them if you have a smart home and need updating or simply want to start the process having a smart-home in the first place!

If I could leave a review less than 1 star I would not sure where to begin
1) said he could do the work but needed to bring in several others to do the work.
2) had to come back several times to re fix the work that wasn't correct
3) ask me to buy things that were not needed
4) called for another repair I was told he could be there next month
5) damaged items in home on install
6) told me he doesn't take service calls at night or on the weekends after I paid him to install home theatre
7) eventually hired 3 different people to repair items that were not working
8) the last straw
