During your FREE 1-to-1 session we will discuss your goals, evaluate your current fitness level and give you a great workout!. I love this place. They always take their time to show you and make sure you're doing the exercises correctly. Coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about health and fitness. Services
On-Boarding is a program we have designed to familiarize and safely teach an athlete how to do basic movements through approximately (3) three 45-minute sessions. This sessions are done one-on-one or in a very small group (example: husband/wife) with a coach.

Coaching Advantage: On-Boarding gives the coach an opportunity to get to know the athlete's current fitness abilities, needed modifications and personal goals to better serve them in a group class.Athlete Safety: This one-on-one time between the athlete and coach is valuable in teaching correct form and therefore making the athlete as safe as possible.
At ROCK FITNESS we combine HIIT, strength and endurance training to achieve the best possible workout. Everyday you will find a new and exciting workout waiting for you! HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
Rock Fitness' Youth Strength Training program includes full body strength, endurance and mobility to prevent injuries and increase overall health and fitness. Join a class with engaging workouts, fun games and motivating coaches! Use this program is a to support your child's primary sport or as his or her main fitness.
Your personal trainer will develop an exercise program suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight. Or injury prevention, post-rehab, improve movement and performance. A "Full Session" is 60 minutes of one-on-one attention from a coach, designed to be a complete session from warm-up and skill development to conditioning and cool-down stretching.
WHO: Any member of Rock Fitness can participate! If needed, a non-member may be invited to complete a team (waiver must be completed at time of registration). WHAT: This is a functional fitness competition designed for everyone! 8 teams, 2 divisions (4 Intermediate and 4 Scaled). Teams, within their respective divisions, will compete for a one-of-a-kind medal and the chance to win a prize bag of immeasurable treasures.

The location provides great individual workout space during covid and clean down routine after each HIIT workout. The coaches pack a lot punch in a small amount of time which makes it easy to get these workout times scheduled in my day(homeschool included). Coaches do not charge extra for meal and nutrition advice...no extra gimmicks here...you absolutely get what you put in AND IF YOU SHOW UP you will see the difference quick! I love it!

If you are looking for a CrossFit type workout without feeling like you are not athletic enough, young enough or healthy enough this is the gym for you! The coaches are all well trained and focus heavily on technic, proper warm up and stretching to minimize injuries. I've dealt with a 23yr old back injury from football that plagues me everyday. I have multiple disc herniations in L4/L5, Spondylosis, and blushing disc at L2/L3. The Coaches at Rock fitness are all over me to ensure my form is on point and I'm staying within range of my abilities to not aggregate my back and prevent

This place is amazing! All the coaches are phenomenal. I love the class setting in this gym, they help guide and encourage you through the workouts so I always feel like I got a great workout in! I started with this gym when I did a 6-week challenge and I lost 15 pounds and never felt better. The community atmosphere this gym gives its members is the reason I come back every week.

Rock Fitness for me has been a game changer. I was a hot mess and hated to sweat. I needed to take steps to better my health. Rock Fitness has helped me every step of the way. I have more stamina and I don't mind sweating. I feel great. My family has noticed my new attitude and healthy mindset. Rock Fitness is great! I first met the owner Jamie when she was a coach at CrossFit Restore and always really liked her coaching. She explains the different movements in a way that actually makes sense and also gives you good feedback on how to improve.

I'm a morning exercise person and had a job for about a year that interfered with working out in the early mornings & so it made me fall off the wagon for a bit.

But when I was thinking of where to start working out again, I remembered that Jamie had started her own gym in Rocklin. I had liked working out with her so much before, it

Jamie is awesome as are the people who attend Rock Fitness. The workouts are painful and effective but Jamie also makes the torture fun. She makes you want to come back for more and you'll actually start looking forward to working out. I also appreciate the fact that Rock Fitness is for ALL shapes and sizes. Everyone is so friendly and it's not an intimidating environment. Also, Jamie provides modifications for those in need and is intelligent and thorough in the technical aspects of training. And if all the above wasn't enough, she offers super competitive pricing! Best fitness

Rock Fitness is an amazing place! The owner, Coach Jamie really cares about her clients' health and well-being. She is supportive and encouraging and pushes you to be stronger. It's all about empowerment and building strength here and I love it! She makes it fun to workout which is something I've struggled with in the past. I love Rock Fitness. Was intimidated at the thought of Crossfit type workouts and thought I had to be in shape to start. Jamie made me comfortable from the very first scary day. She knows how to train and push everyone and when to scale things for an old volleyball shoulder like mine. More importantly I trust her. And I've learned I can kick butt and push myself farther than I have before. I see these muscles developing and workout times getting better and she makes it so fun. And every single person at Rock Fitness is a champ and cheers you on. It's addicting to say the least
