This is a wonderful club that was opened the past year. They also have 89 degree water. Unsure why only 4.5. But when I reviewed I would put the first star on and it didn’t want me to post 5 star. So don’t believe all the ratings and give this club a chance.

This is a terrible place and joining was one of the worst decisions I've made in a long time. The guy at the front desk has no idea what he's doing and will always get you to the wrong person. It's very dirty, no cleaning even with covid, and they will lie to you when you sign up and conveniently tell you it's month to month when it's actually some kind of year contract. Super shady, then they tell you it's 175 to cancel. They charge you 200 bucks to sign up for these training sessions that are also a joke. Lisa the manager is very rude and not responsive, yet you

Honestly, I feel like our family is being treated differently because of my skin tone— I don’t take this statement lightly either.

My husband and I do water aerobics at Roseville Health and Wellness. It is the only facility that we use there. They do however have a gym and personal trainers. I see alot of people doing physical therapy. I love our instructor Jiji. She is full of energy, laughter and make the class very fun! Highly recommend this place!!

Love this place and the people here! They truly care and adapt for the person and not make them conform to their routine. Awesome, caring people.

I honestly hate leaving a bad review, but when it comes to falsely charging members I believe future members need to hear this before signing up. I am 29 years old and have systemic lupus so during this pandemic I was unable to see my doctor and was looking for ways to stay active and healthy within my limits and this placed seemed perfect. It in fact was not, just your average gym that tried charged a $200 start up fee as well as $87 dollars a month for the use of their machines which they did not clean according to health code at the moment. The trainers would not want masks and talked badly

Unfortunately I have to agree with other reviewers who said that interactions with the RHWC manager can be difficult or unpleasant. It appears that all account concerns must go through her. This is a problem when she doesn't return phone calls (at least not mine) and gives delayed or vague email answers. I realize the pandemic has been stressful for her and other gym staff. It's also stressful for members who are given incomplete or conflicting information about RHWC policies for "freezing" accounts, and who keep being charged full monthly fees for a facility they won't

Management needs to be more careful when they send out blanket emails announcing rate raises as they do not pertain to all clientele. After two days of arguing back and forth she realized that I was right and she was wrong............didn't even have the decency to apologize.

I talked to others in my group who had financial issues with her.

Other than that, it was a good group......but, there are lots of gyms and I've moved on.

The young people at the front desk were great!

I love my gym! I've been a member for almost a year now.

It's quite, clean, and there are open machines every time I show up. There are machines in the gym I've never seen so there is never a lack of options of new things to try if you get bored easily. I discovered my love of Spin Class at this gym.

Heated indoor pool and hot tub too. There really is something for every age and that inspires me seeing the older crowd putting in the hard work.

If you are looking for easy parking, friendly staff, and fun classes this is the gym for you.

The manager Lisa is super friendly and

This gym embodies the name. Priority IS health and wellness. My first impression was with manager/encourager/friendly Lisa. The gym emulates her air of encouragement, respectful behavior, and safety. Calling the trainers here trainers simply does not do the job. They are heads and shoulders above that title. My health coach/trainer/all around great person Mark C is, quite simply, remarkable. Members are all age groups, all levels of fitness. If your intent is to arrive feeling welcome/work out/leave...this is it. This is not your "to see and be seen" type facility. This is a

Manager, Lisa, does not have good people skills and is why RHWC only got 3 stars from me. RHWC has a pool that they say is kept at therapeutic warmth for arthritis exercise which is supposed to be 90 to 92 degrees. I have found that the pool definitely varies in a wider temperature range than claimed. When Lisa was asked about the temp she became defensive and said I must be mistaken and that her staff checks the temp and signs off on a chart that she would show me for proof. Basically calling me a liar. Definitely not my most successful resolution to a conflict. I stay because RHWC has the

This gym is a class act. Low key. You don't have to get dressed up to go to the gym. Trainers are top notch! No wait for equipment. Friendly members.
A hidden gem for people who want to work out and be healthy, but don't need to be "seen"

Been coming here since mid 2004. Have had a great personal trainer who has helped me to lose 80 pounds. Lots of great equipment and weights to work with. Plus there is a heated indoor swimming pool to exercise in.
