Sound Healing is so effective because it influences our emotional bodies as well as our physical bodies. When sound waves reach our ears, they are converted into electrical signals that travel up the auditory nerve into the auditory cortex, the part of the brain that processes sound. Once sound waves reach our brains, they trigger responses in our bodies.

This is a laying down experience. Dress however you would like. Many people go out to brunch/dinner etc. after a session. We provide Pendleton throws. If you have back problems, you may want to lay on your side for this experience or sit up. Do we have time to journal? Yes, we have a few minutes included and we provide journals.
