The Club is a close group family of people whose mission is to inspire members of the community to stay active by finding a workout program that meets the needs of whatever you are looking for. At The Club, we pride ourselves on superior service, a first-class atmosphere, and above all, RESULTS. Our goal is to help you achieve your fitness goal and do it safely.

Whether you are looking for a customized training program, or want to add a class into your existing schedule, we want everyone to feel comfortable using our program to help them become healthier and find what exercise or class works well for them. This means you do not have to be in a training program in order to participate in our classes.
Services
Gabe Merritt graduated from Whitworth University with a degree in Kinesiology. An ex-collegiate All-Northwest Conference football player, Gabe has a wealth of fitness knowledge and a passion for living an active life. After completing his degree, Gabe continued his education through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and attained a national kickboxing certification.
Intermediate to advanced level - Boot Camp class often commences with dynamic stretching and cardio, followed by a wide variety of interval training, including weight training, TRX, body weight exercises, small apparatus exercises, plyometrics, and various types of cross training routines. Set up in a circuit format this will be cross training, cardio, and core all worked into one dynamic workout.
The Club prides itself on creating not only customized fitness programs, but also creating healthy food plans that will be specific to each client's desired goal and motivation. Each client isn't going to be expected to "crash diet" or start eating like a rabbit. We would much rather teach people about how to eat healthy.
All memberships include fitness training. Packages range from 8 sessions to unlimited yearly training. Upon joining each member is provided with a complimentary assessment by a licensed nutritionist. Here members will learn proper eating habits to maximize their fitness level.

Finally, all members will have access to The Club Online (TCO), our state-of-the-art web program which allows members to track progress and fitness assignments anytime, anywhere simply by logging in on our webpage.Individual fitness training is the optimal way for any member to achieve their fitness goals.
Take Highway 16 West towards Bremerton. Drive over the Narrows Bridge (right lane) and take the first exit over the bridge, Exit 8 - 24th St NW/Tacoma Narrows Airport. Take a left on 24th St NW (overpass) and go over the highway. Take a right on Jahn Ave and continue straight for 1 mile. Take a right on 32nd St NW (on the corner) and you've arrived.

Went in for a day pass to see if I wanted to make this my new gym and it definitely will be! Love that it is a private owned gym. That really gets you more in the zone. I went in for a leg day and it was a great experience. The staff is also very friendly & helpful. I recommend!

I look forward to my daily workouts here. They have a nice variety of group fitness classes. The classes are small and the instructors are knowledgeable and fun.
