Services
The kettlebell is an incredibly versatile, albeit odd-shaped tool which had until recently been confined to basements and underground facilities in the United States. A Soviet Special-forces trainer, Pavel Tsatsouline first brought the kettlebell into America in the late 1990s and soon started the first instructor certification program.
Here at Fit to the Core Training, we pride ourselves on our attention to detail. We are so engaged because this is the lifestyle we live. At any time you might come in and witness Dave moving all about his client to observe from every angle. You might see Alicia jump in alongside her group class students as she lovingly 'yells' at them to keep moving.
You arms are quivering, your grip is slipping, but you know you can muster one last pull-up if it means beating your personal best, and more importantly the group of coworkers with whom you're openly competing. Bam! You won the challenge. Amy vows to get you next time. And you know that reason alone will inspire her.

My friends Dave, Alicia, and Perla works here (Dave is the owner) and they're amazing! I've known them for years and they're very passionate about health and fitness and is very knowledgeable in this field. Compared to my other fit friends, these guys will challenge you on a daily basis. What's unique and awesome about this place is that Dave always has creative ideas and sometimes makes his own equipment/workout and make you suffer (in a good way lol).
For instance, he'll stop for a moment and go "ooh that would be a good workout" or "I can create this

Awesome and talented crew at Fit to the Core Training. They do a great job of listening to their clients and tailoring the perfect workout program to fit the wants and needs to help their clients reach desired physical goals.
For me, Dave Fujita has helped me overcome years of painful back problems with the use of kettlebells and creative workout regimens to strengthen my core and overall body strength.
