One of my favorite things about Signature Kettlebell and Joshua is his knowledge. I’m someone who needs to know the “why” behind things and how they work and Joshua takes the time to explain to me so I can train better. I've been training with Joshua for about three months now and I have seen huge improvements in my strength and physique. Joshua is easy to communicate with and listens to what my goals are and develops workouts around them. The exercises he demonstrates help me to improve my physicality both inside and outside of the gym.

We’ve been training with Joshua a little over 3 months, 3-days a week at 4am (via FaceTime). At first we were a little skeptical about the format and how it would translate, it has turned out to be awesome!! Each day he brings a new set of workouts from kettle bells to TRX to body weight moves. Thoroughly impressed!!!

I remember when I decided I wanted to go to a trainer that was closer. I drove out to maximum performance in factoria for about 4 years. Was sick of it. I found Signature Kettlebell and made the call. I talked with Joshua told him my lofty goals. Told him that I've been doing my own thing for awhile but I was still strong. He was like ok we'll see!… From the first session it was an instant match. His passion, drive, dedication and genuine love for fitness is very rare! He always finds a way to challenge you. I would highly recommend Joshua to anyone who is looking for a knowledgeable, professional and encouraging trainer. I have been training with Joshua for the past 6 months and I look forward to our sessions not just because physical transformation that I am seeing in myself but also because he is an incredibly motivating trainer who not just walks through exercises with you but also teaches the fundamentals of kettlebells and overall fitness. The workouts are tailored and personalized to my fitness level and goals and it never feels as though it is a workout that is just taken from a book and thrown

Joshua is AWESOME trainer - I signed up for 3 sessions with him and I am deaf and was concerned how to communicate with Joshua. I never had a problem because he was willing to write down the instructions on a whiteboard. He also was very visual (demonstrating how to do the exercises and easy to follow. I plan to sign up for some of his classes in near future.
I'm very impressed with his gym and his passion.

I am 40+ and needed an exercise I could actually do that would not adversely affect my fibromyalgia. Joshua took the time to meet me and identify my needs. He then "tailored" a plan which includes working out 3x week in his kettlebell class. This class has changed my life! He is committed to steadily strengthening and increases your "training" based on your effort and the results he sees. The classes are small enough in size where it almost feels as if you have your own "trainer" yet still "affordable" because it is a class setting. I am just beginning my 3rd week with Joshua and am so happy with the results. I wasn't sure about the whole kettlebell thing but now I'm hooked. I'm so much stronger and have found that his style fits me perfectly, keeps me from being bored and gets me sweating. I love the kettlebells, the ropes and the boxing on Fridays.
I train with Joshua 3X a week and I look forward to every session.

Joshua is extremely knowledgable in kettlebells as well as body movement/function.It is obvious he continues his education and tries to maintain current with the fitness world. His teaching style is very thorough and I love the versatility in the workouts, depending on if you are a person who likes a long workout or a short intense complex moves workout. He was quickly responsive to my inquiries and I had him train my son for a session and my son enjoyed his teaching/training experience very much. As a runner, I was reluctant to invest time and energy into weight-training, as I thought my time would be best spent on the road. From the first class, Josh was kind, knowledgeable, and has a teaching style that had me hooked! Because he knows his stuff, my one class became at least three classes per week. What has amazed me is that I now have… more muscular endurance and am running faster, without additional miles on the road. Kettlebell class with Josh has been a game-changer, and I look forward to each new class and the challenge that will be set before us! :)

Working with Joshua has been a true pleasure. As a beginner to heavy lifting, I am very fortunate to have found someone who was as highly knowledgeable and experienced to train me. At the last minute I decided to sign up for Joshua's six-week workout challenge, and I feel like it is the best fitness decision I could have made for myself. Kettlebells are great but they wouldn't be anything more than another fad without Josh....he makes exercise worthwhile, great results, great atmosphere, and great man...he is kind, he is funny, and he makes everyone feel good. But that does not mean he is easy...as a matter of fact quite the opposite. I have never worked this hard at exercise in my adult life....yikes....it is almost addicting...My husband I both think our time with Josh is time well spent and we look forward to the next 8-weeks of fun :)
