Absolutely do not use this company to buy or sell your home. I had Todd Corban as my realtor and it was a horrible experience. It took over 6 months and two different buyers to finally sell my home. To buy my new home it took three months when I had a conventional loan. Using the loan company he recommended. If you plan on using them be prepared for them to blame the troubles on you instead of there lack of attention to detail. Also be prepared to have to sign more documents several months after the house is sold and then get blamed for it getting missed when you sign everything that was given
