Selectivity is what makes GOOD COMPANY SENIOR CARE unique. We hire fewer than 1 in 15 of the caregivers in Los Angeles we interview. We dedicate our time and our expertise toward matching each senior with the right caregiver. Above all, we treat the seniors you love the way they deserve to be treated: Like family.

Good Company Senior Care performs a thorough home safety inspection and makes recommendations for insuring the safety of your loved ones before beginning any assignment. According to the National Council on Aging, Inc., it's wise to start the process of choosing a caregiver by determining what kinds of services would be most useful.
Services
GOOD COMPANY SENIOR CARE is an affordable alternative to assisted living in Los Angeles for seniors who wish to live in the familiar surroundings of their home but require non-medical in home assistance or caring companionship. GOOD COMPANY SENIOR CARE is family-owned and operated. Not a franchise.
We pride ourselves on being kind and compassionate and we will always respect and preserve the diginity of our clients. We will jump in and help wherever needed. From helping with moving to working with hospice service, no job is unimportant if it matters to you, our client. Clients and families receive an on-call schedule, and a GOOD COMPANY SENIOR CARE case manager is always available to help manage your needs.
Our family hired Jack's Good Company to provide services for our elderly relatives. Initially, Jack personally visited their home - even brought flowers! - just to "meet and greet" my relatives. I'm told it was a very pleasant visit. Since then, each member of his staff who has worked with me in coordinating services, or with my relatives directly, has been professional, helpful, and compassionate.
The following information and articles regarding do's and don'ts of senior care include specific guidelines that should be used when choosing a home care agency and information about how to assess the specific needs of any senior. Remember, March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month!

With colorectal cancer, early detection is everything, and since there's no good reason why otherwise smart folks avoid seeing the doctor for a necessary colonoscopy, we've dreamed up a strategy to make it less awkward and more fun.One of the biggest hurdles caregivers face is the stubbornness of their loved ones.
Are walking paths covered with a non-slip surface and free of objects that might be tripped over?. Poor lighting may contribute to trips and falls. Install light switches at the top and bottom of stairways to avoid climbing and descending in the dark. Install lights or colored tape on each step to provide a visual distinction between one step and the next.

I worked for this company for many years. We had a good team that loved the clients and nurses. But the pay to be stressed and on call 24/7 WAS NOT WOTH IT. I would not go back if they doubled my salary. I wish I could leave a wonderful review but between the lack of financial compensation for working all day and night plus the DISRESPECT from the management... makes it impossible to write anything even remotely positive.

I was hired on as a manager for the company then the offer was rescinded. Who does that? The higher up manager by the name of Ginger is a total drama queen. Don't work here and in retrospect the universe saved me

I worked for this company back in 2013 while going thru nursing school. I really appreciated that they worked with my schedule.
Eric and Michelle have always been really involved with matching the right family/patient with the caregiver so I was never shuffled around. If there was any problem they would take care of it no matter what. It was a great job and I really liked helping families that needed the close monitoring of their loved ones.
They always responded their phone, no matter what time of the day. So many years later and I still recommend them to my patients families in the hospital
