In 1997, I worked as a Private Duty R.N. for the private clients of a prominent orthopedic surgeon. One day he suggested to me, Grace you are a wonderful nurse. You should start your own agency. As an R.N., my standards are high, and it is important to me for Allwest to deliver the high standard of care we are known for.

These Nurses are just great at taking care of folk when they leave Hospital They make sure that everything is done to make the patient feel comfortable -And they consult with the Doctors if they suspect anything is wrong - very good experienceces.Grace and her fine team of caregivers really took care of my uncle when he injured himself with a bad fall (he is 85) which took several months to heal.

We got this agency through Dr Yun (9-2020)
My mom had a knee surgery and this is what I had found out:
Very very very Poor interpersonal skills of staff named MARIA(SO UNPROFFESIONAL)
Patients pay on time BUT they're giving their caregivers salary soooooo late with a lot of excuses
Owner is purely sugar coated(don't be deceived with her sweet tone)
Pls don't get victimized by this agency
They are truly a burden ,a headache and the worst experience you will ever get.

I called around begging for advice on who could help with my Mom at home ... a miracle occurred and a doctor referred me to Allwest Nursing Services.
I don't know what would have happened to my mom and to me had I not had the support and the confidence from the Allwest Nursing Services team.
The admin unit was perfect and helped me with coordination, logistics, advice, and really much much more.
But, the nurses are the reason we made it thru this experience -- the nurses helped me to understand what was happening with my Mom and were flexible and kind and worked easily with the appointed

I really enjoy working with everyone at Allwest Nursing Service. Great vibe and very professional. I can tell they love what they do and genuinely care about their patients. I usually don't write review but I must say allwest nursing is a triple AAA. by my standards I need full time care for my mother who is suffering from multiple sclerosis. we where referred by a doctor to call allwest for care so I made a appointment the next day and all I can say is wow. we had a great initial consultation and they made me and my family feel secure and comfortable the caregivers that we have are top notch. they make my mom feel completely comfortable and take very good care of her 24/7 I can't find the words to express my gratitude for all they do for my mom i am for
