I recently worked with East Bay HR Professionals regarding some employee issues we were having at our small business. It's been an incredibly difficult time as a small business owner due to COVID-19 and the shelter in place order. Fortunately, East Bay HR was open and able to help us. The owner (Neville) was very professional, responsive, and knowledgeable about recent changes in the law. He was also easy to work with. We've never had an HR person since we are a small business, but we will be using East Bay HR going forward because we were so impressed with their services.
