Bahar at Apex Payroll is an absolute gem. I was referred to her by a colleague of hers who had nothing but great things to say about her. On our first phone consult, she broke down for me what to expect in working with her. My takeaway was that she was efficient, detail oriented, thorough, patient, and just a joy to work with. In our subsequent meetings, she pointed out how I could run our payroll more efficiently as well as more securely. All in all, a great person and professional. I feel blessed that I'm working with Bahar because I know she'll take great care of me and our payroll needs.

I have worked with Bahar for many years and she is absolutely a true professional in the payroll business. She is very knowledgeable and is very helpful in pointing out many helpful suggestions to prevent mistakes in payroll which can be costly. Apex Payroll is amazing. When I needed payroll company I began an extensive search then met Bahar who is right in my neighborhood. I began the process knowing very little about payroll and how to begin getting things set up. Bahar was fantastic. She walked me through everything. She is incredibly knowledgeable about what she does. She answered questions I didn't even know I had. If anything comes up that I need to know about she is right on top of it and let's me know. She is meticulous and precise with her work. Once I submit the payroll information she needs for a pay period her work begins.

Our short story is our company was founded in 1994 and over the years has grown... A LOT. Last year we started to investigate different ways to handle payroll processing, HR, and Time & Attendance... basically all functions of a normal payroll department. We interviewed all the "major players" and also looked at a few local options such as Apex payroll.
We fell hook, line and sinker for the other companies' sales pitch. Our sales rep was great, but he was also long gone the moment
