Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. On-line chat and FAQ did not help, called customer service #, waited for 45 minutes, I was given the option to press one to leave a message - pressed one and was unable to leave a message. Called back, another hour of listening to their 20-second music loop, finally reached a support staff and she said she couldn't help me and gave me a different number to call. Called that number - only a 5-minute wait but he took 15 minutes to research my simple request "to be removed from an FSA account I did not sign up for"($1500) and

Terrible response time and once they finally respond, it is to tell you, fix it yourself. The worst payroll service I have experienced after decades of being in business.

They told me I was getting a year of free service. Even advertised that on Facebook. Charged me 600 for my 1st quarter payroll. I told them I was getting a year of free service. They said they don't offer that and would need to listen to the sales call and get back to me. They haven't returned calls or emails.

#Beware By far They're the worst HR company no refunds ( fine prints) and after 45 days of delay I had to move on. Check with BBB

One of my favorite things about Zenefits is how they charge me every month so they can earn interest off of my HSA.

My second favorite thing is how they charge me to move my HSA to another provider.

The most expensive means to receive the worst customer service. This company advertises helping small businesses manage their work load but their goal is riding your back to make a buck. Bad tech support and rude customer service.
