Unfortunately, no one is returning my phone calls or emails. I worked with TMB tax to file my 2019 taxes because they were complicated and recently found out that I owe the IRS thousands of dollars. I originally worked with TMB to prevent this specific issue and even explained where I needed help and advice.
I'm extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this service but now that I need help, there's zero response or follow-up. This was a waste of money and time. By trusting in Tamika's experience, expertise, and service, it actually cost me thousands of dollars.

IF I COULD GIVE HER NO STARS I WOULD!!! I dont even know where to start!!!! She made so many mistakes in my taxes!!! Then tried to fix them but yet refused to send me a copy of the corrected copy!!!! I called the IRS and the mistakes were still there!!!!!' Omg this experience has left me not wanting ANYONE to touch my taxes ever again!

I've held off on leaving a review as I know that during Covid-19, there is so much change happening and I want to be understanding towards that. As someone who opts to invest my time and dollars into small business partnerships, I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with the communication from the TMB team.
This tax season, I needed to find an accountant that would be able to guide me thru the challenges of filing for my small business and personal taxes. I found this company thru yelp's "quote" feature. Things seemed legit, so I was comfortable moving forward with scheduling

TMB is super awesome. They're kind and professional. I felt like the give a damn and not a lot of folks these days do. They saw me super last min, got my tax situation handled pretty quick and I didn't need to sign over all my $$ to pay the bill. Rates we SUPER fair. I recommend going here every time, I will be.
