I placed the order online in the morning and delivery was made in the early afternoon. The Christmas arrangement was perfect and good value (we've sent 6 arrangements from florists across the US, this one was the biggest and most beautiful). They also sent me an email confirming delivery and gave me a picture of the arrangement.
Communication was great and they exceeded my expectations. Will order from here again.

I ordered online from out of state and I was VERY HAPPY with the entire experience. Amazing customer service! SUPER quick turn around time. Beautiful arrangement. I have never, ever, received a photo of the actual arrangement being sent by a floral company until using Glendale. I have sent flowers for decades to friends and clients all over the US and never had the turn around time or personal care that I experienced using this company. Great local flower shop and small business. I needed a last minute floral arrangement for a friend's grandmother that passed away. I looked on all the major chain sites, and just couldn't find one financially reasonable enough in the time limit I had to send it. So, after looking into the local floral shops in Glendale, I settled on this one...and so glad I did!

I needed floral arrangements for my fathers funeral & showed Danea photos of what I was interested in creating & they were able to recreate exactly what I had visioned for my father. A group of us were looking to have flowers sent to a mutual friend whose sibling passed. We knew we wanted to get them sent as soon as possible, ideally same day. Came across this flower shop because we decided to shop local. We initially were looking to place the order online but wanted to make slight modifications/requests. We finally decided to call in. We were ok with a designers choice arrangement, but wanted to ensure the arrangement consisted of mainly white flowers. We also wanted to make sure they would be delivered same day. I ordered a peace lily today for a dear friend who suddenly lost her brother. The online ordering was very simple. Shortly after my order I received an email with a picture of the actual peace lily that they were delivering to her! Within approximately three hours my friend called me to thank me for the plant. I was amazed at how fast the delivery was! And the lily was beautiful. I will definitely be using them again for local floral deliveries. Great experience!

The usual flower shop I used unfortunately closed down so I decided to give Glendale Flowers a try. It surpassed all my expectations and I am genuinely so happy with my order. I had ordered a bouquet of flowers on Friday for my uncle's funeral to be held Monday am. That florist canceled my order on Saturday with no notice or warning so I was in a panic on Saturday to find a bouquet to be delivered on time. I am sad to have to write such a review, but I feel others need to know so they can prepare accordingly. I ordered a large and fairly costly arrangement on Friday, April 19, 2019 at approximately 10:00 a.m. for my mother's 78th birthday. I wanted it delivered on that day because I knew we would be out with her on her actual birthday on Saturday. The flowers were a surprise for her. She is mostly deaf and blind now and it is difficult for her to get around, but she loves flowers and can see the bright colors and smell their fragrance. Yay for Glendale Flowers for coming in clutch on my cousin's graduation day from ASU - Tempe. My cousin really wanted a lei for her graduation, but she had not placed any orders prior to the day of her graduation. A little short sighted on her part, but Glendale Flowers was there to help us out.
On the day of her graduation, I called in to several florists but no one had graduation leis. When I finally called in to the Glendale Flowers, they had some in stock. So, my cousin and I rushed over. It is a little bit hard to see from the road, but just look closely and you'll find this florist

So, I meet this fantastic girl last night and this morning, last minute I wanted to send her flowers. I called in and this lovely young lady Martina was a life saver for me. She helped me find something in my price range that was fantastic. The delivery driver was already out and my delivery was time sensitive and she was so willing to help and make sure the flowers I purchased were delivered in my needed time frame. I ABSOLUTELY love Sue's work at Glendale flowers! She's done flowers for my engagement party, my best friends bridal shower, and most currently my baby shower! Anytime I send her a image of what I would like she never disappoints and always delivers to make it look EXACTLY the same! Cute little flower shop in Historic Glendale. I read reviews ahead of time and it sounded like everyone had called their order in or placed it online so I called to ask if I could walk in or if they were special order only. Rhonda let me know that they have a refrigerated case in the front where they have arrangements for pick up. Perfect!

If it weren't for the nice lady on the phone, this review would be 1 star.
We ordered flowers today at work for one of our employee's wives who had a stroke over the weekend. I requested an all pink, as her favorite color is pink. While she was very appreciative, we aren't happy with what was delivered. Mostly white flowers and 1 red tulip??? Just very dissatisfied with what we paid for and what was sent.

Glendale Flowers did the floral arrangements for my dads memorial service, they did an outstanding job. I saved a ton of money by ordering them over the phone and then picking them up instead of ordering them online and having them delivered. Before I picked up the flowers, I regreted not buying corsages and boutianeers for my loved ones. When my friend and I showed up to pick up the flowers, they had some in the fridge and gave me a great deal on them because they were supposed to be for a wedding the following weekend and they made them by mistake. Score!
