At EYECARE ROCKWALL, Dr. Britt and our entire EYECARE ROCKWALL optometry team are committed to providing advanced vision care in a professional and comfortable environment. As Optometrists, our primary eye care service includes a complete eye exam that analyzes eye health and vision function. In addition to eye exams and vision testing, our Optometrists provide testing for glaucoma, cataracts and macular degeneration.

New Patients: We request that you check-in for your appointment 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. This will enable our staff to in-put your patient information, secure your insurance benefits and allow our doctor to have sufficient information in our EHR to efficiently coordinate your care and service.
Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dr. Britt is a Diplomate with the American Board of Optometry. After receiving a Bachelors of Science Degree in Vision Sciences, with a minor in Math and Chemistry, Dr. Britt graduated from Northeastern State University College of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, where she had extensive clinical experience working with the Indian Health Services.
At EYECARE ROCKWALL, we strive to provide comprehensive, primary eye care for the whole family. Preventative and routine eye exams are important to maintaining good eye health. Often, eye and vision problems do not have obvious symptoms or signs, but are easily diagnosed by a one of our Optometrists.

Paisley or however you spell her name at the front desk is rude and has a bad attitude. I have always thought this as a returning patient with the small comments she makes or how short she is on the phone, but I always brushed it off. But today she was unnecessarily rude as I was trying to reschedule for a missed appointment. I asked her if she had any appointments for today and she replied with “well we do IF you actually make it” and it took me by surprise because all I wanted to do was reschedule for a missed appointment.

This place is best! I was in severe eye pain and they helped me immediately!!! Everything and everyone was a blessing. I have been going to Dr Britt for around 23-24 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else due to the special care and their expertise and happy attitudes. Should be a 10 star on this to give them!

I had an appointment today with Dr Tran for my 4 year old daughter that’s never been to the optician before. Dr Tran was so patient and totally put my daughter at ease. Her bedside manner so to speak was fabulous. The assistant that did all our pre-tests was also wonderful but unfortunately I didn’t get her name. I would highly recommend this establishment and will use it for all our future appointments.

We are Dr Vo and love her! They are still doing temp checks and requiring people to wear masks. We were greeted by a young gentleman who had such a great upbeat personality. I wish I caught his name but he was so nice! We got taken back before our appointment time and my son was there to try his new prescription of contacts. We got into the room which had a sign saying it was sanitized and settled in. Sooner than we expected, there was a knock on the door and Dr Vo walked in. I had a great experience with Dr. Wiese, they were very personable and friendly. Picking out a pair of frames was easy and I did not feel pressured to buy from them, but I did find a pair I liked! I would definitely recommend them and they are doing a great job enforcing mask-wearing at this time which I appreciate.

The office was clean and beautiful. The staff on the other hand was horrible, they were disinterested and just wanted to take my $$. I will be going somewhere else for the correct prescription. Since mine has been incorrect since I got my examination done. Do not waste $ on Dr.Weise. Maybe another doctor in that office would have been better.

Nice staff but they didn't get me any relief on my eye sight , the guy told me when he sold me the glasses that if i didn't like them i had 30 days to return. 27 days later i went to return and they refunded me a fraction of what i paid. There respondes was that i didn't read the fine print thats says they dont give refunds ! Haha oh well lesson learned READ THE FINE PRINT poor customer service bout all i can say.

My vote it to go elsewhere. The optical staff and optometrists are nice and helpful BUT the office staff is always unpleasant and not very helpful. My billing has been messed up twice and I finally got a credit over $100 and they wouldn't refund my money back to me for my overpayment! I could only get a credit even though I didn't really want to return. They don't seem to like their jobs at all. In addition if you need a pediatric vision test it can only be done on Thursdays which is super limiting.

Dr. Britt is great, but go somewhere else to get your glasses! The optical department could not get the positioning of the prescription in my frame and as a consequence severely compromised the integrity of my 1-year old frames so much so that the right arm completely broke off! They refused to replace the frame THEY ruined!

Dr. Holly F.Britt, DO was the eye doctor that examined my eyes and prescribed single vision glasses for me. She was very thorough, friendly and courteous and listened to everything I had to say. Her employees were all very friendly, respectful and took care of all my needs. I was able to get my new eye glasses within one to two hours- same day! I will go back to them next year & would recommend everyone to go to Dr. Britt's office when needing glasses.

Took my teenagers there for regular eye exams and service was great. My son was able to find a very good looking pair of glasses. My daughter wanted to try contacts for the first time and staff took their time in instructing her how to apply and care for contacts. They let us trial them to ensure she liked them and there was a good fit. She loves them now.

My eye exam was done in late January. The salesman, Eric, pressured me to buy the model they had in their limited stock, even though I requested a wider pair. Because of the faulty exam prescription, those did not work, and in fact I was hesitant to drive while wearing them.
