Dr. Kastner is very detailed and through in her exams. She make you feel like your her only patient. I feel she is one of the best optometrist in the Dallas metropolitan area!

My family and I have been going to Optimal Family Eye Care for a few years and we always receive wonderful service. The ease of scheduling and the willingness to work with us on appointment times, is great. Dr. Jaisy is wonderful. She's very professional, but expresses genuine interest in you. We will continue to utilize Optimal Eye Care for our vision needs.

Dr. Kastner is a wonderful optometrist who truly cares about her patients and their overall health, not just their eye care. She has a huge heart for her patients and is very thorough and honest. She has been our family's optometrist for approximately 10 years and I highly recommend her to all my family and friends. Obi, her office assistant is very welcoming and friendly.

I highly recommend Dr. Kastner and Family Eye Care. Dr. Kastner and her staff were extremely nice! She was more than willing to answer all the questions that I had. Like most I'm never "crazy" about having any type of Doctor visits, but will say Dr. Kastner was incredibly caring and kind. So much so, that I look forward to my next appointment here!!

It’s always great going with Dr. Kastner! She has been my optometrist for years now and has never disappointed! Always greets you with a smile and very knowledgeable and professional. Her receptionist has always been very kind and professional as well so that’s always been a plus! Highly recommend!
