Well, the office dropped the ball at the end of the year. I confirmed my insurance before my Dec 20th appointment. But, some how when Eye Associates did it, I wasn't covered. Instead of calling me or the insurance co to clarify, they just waited until January to send in my order for glasses. My wait has gone from 2 weeks to 4. Very disappointed and my hands are tied because they didn't hesitate to take my money before I left!

Me and my daughter had exams today and I absolutely loved the experience! From the check in to exam to talking to the Optician and ordering lenses everything was super satisfying. Everyone was nice,forthcoming and professional. We got every step explained, we were given options as far as lenses and lens/frame options but were never pressured into crazy add ons or “having to get this or that”… I feel like I can trust my doctor and his team and I wld absolutely recommend them to anyone!

My son and I had a appointment with 20/20 vision this morning at 10:20. We were going to be new patient. I made this appointment online like 3 days ago. This morning they called me around 9:30 to confirm insurance information to check if they were in network but told us they don’t answer phones till 10:00am. I live 30 minutes away and didn’t want to leave the house till I knew we were in network. I called at 10:00 and we were in network so I told them I live 30 minutes away and will try to make it on time. She told me as long as your not over 5 minutes late I would be good. I showed up 3 minutes

I came into this office for possible ordering of new glasses. I wanted an estimate on some frames I picked out. I didn’t have my RX, but knew what I may need. I felt rushed to leave. I ask if I could contact the place that did my exam so I could go ahead, obtain my RX and order new glasses. Even after asking for few more minutes to get what I needed, I was told to have them fax and to have a good day. I felt not welcomed to patronize at this establishment. So I won’t be returning.

From scheduling the appointment to picking out my glasses they make you glad you made the choice to visit Forney Eye Associates. They answer all your question and they don't rush you to do anything. Dr.Tran was so friendly and professional. He allowed me to ask questions and he wanted to make sure i understood the diagnosis. I always asks lots of questions Dr.Tran answered so i could understand. Yes I live in Froney, Tx however I am close to several different Optometrist. Forney Eye Associates would be worth your drive. Kudos to the staff that explained my benefits to me!! Yes they did and made

My son scratched his eye and was in pain for hours afterwards. I was desperate to get him in before the end of the day and it was already 2:45. When I called Forney Eye Associates the receptionist was so kind and quick they got us right in! Dr. Tran was great with my son. I was so thankful for this office!

Dr. Tran and his staff are great. Office is neat and clean. Great selection of glasses/sunglasses. Dr. Tran is always pleasant and eager to teach his patients about how to help resolve/prevent eye conditions. He pulls up information on his computer to show visual aids pertaining to what he’s discussing. His assistants always clean the machines prior to use (I've been to clinics in the past where they don’t do this). Always runs on time and I’m in and out without feeling rushed. Great doc. I’ve recommended my family and friends here.

Dr. Tran and staff at Forney Eye Associates are amazing. Every time I'm in the office I'm greeted with excellent service. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes to be seen and I'm given the best care for my eyes. Dr. Tran's ability to convey information to the patient is relatable and easy to understand. I will continue to come back.
