Website
Union Square has created its own market, its own niche in Union City contemporary condominium living. With only 40 residences, it has an intimate and inviting ambiance. Located just outside the New Jersey side of the Lincoln Tunnel, Union City is a charming, progressive and reasonably priced alternative to Manhattan and Hoboken.

Union Square is the only State of New Jersey "Energy Star Program" approved condo building in Union City. More than simply feeling eco-conscious about buying Energy Star, residents can actually experience a better living environment. The energy efficient systems, fixtures and appliances will also reduce the monthly household costs.
Services
Every system that has been implemented in the construction of Union Square supports or enhances your lifestyle and has been designed to meet the highest standards. By embracing the latest Energy Star products, techniques and designs, Union Square helps set a new standard for the conservation of the environment.
At Union Square the monthly common charges are based on the amount of the square footage of your unit multiplied by.27 (27 cents per square foot). This figure is from 42% to 52% lower than some of the other condo buildings in Union City. The operating budget for Union Square also includes a 10% reserve instead of the 5% that most condo building currently hold.
Union City is New Jersey's new alternative to Hoboken and Jersey City. Live 8 minutes from Manhattan and own for much less than renting there. The price of Union City condos are also about 20-25% lower than Hoboken's. This lower cost will save you between $500 and $700 per month in mortgage payments while still getting an additional 200-300 sq.

Don't live here. Management is bad and a lot of miscommunication. No maintenance on hand
And they don't say the truth. They'll kick you out during the pandemic. They re-opened the gym in the building while we still have covid virus testing site 24/7 days. No good. Efficiency building award. But it is not true. My bills monthly about 500$. Good building but too noisy location and it's in the wrong neighborhood. Go figure.

Wonderful place to live. Near public transportation to Manhattan. Units are beautiful and have everything you need. The building has a small gym, indoor parking, and a small play area for dogs. The building is near plenty of local shops where you can find anything from tools to great food.
