Dr. Maney was born in Cincinnati and grew up in Lexington, KY. She attended Miami University for her undergraduate degree and then earned her doctorate at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry. After graduation, Dr. Maney served as a dentist in Cincinnati for four years. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Cincinnati Dental Society.
In her free time, Dr. Maney enjoys spending time with her husband, Pat, their newborn son, Henry, and two dogs, Penny and Piper. They love traveling, watching Kentucky Basketball, and enjoying adventures with friends and family. Proper oral hygiene and regular teeth cleanings help maintain your dental health for a lifetime.

Before moving I requested a copy of my medical records to take with me. He and his staff were absolutely obnoxious and said they would charge me $25 per page! Yes, that is correct, $25 not 25 cents, not $2.50 but $25. Naturally, I refused to pay that and consequently was not given a single page of my previous visits. I'd turn back if I were you!!!

I have not been to the dentist since I was much younger because of a fear and as I didn’t go, that fear only got worse. Today I went in just for a cleaning and I have never felt more comfortable or taken care of. Dr Maney and her team are all very incredible and sweet women, and I am looking forward to seeing them for my filling here soon. They took the time to lay out exactly what was happening and what it would or wouldn’t be costing me (they take select insurances, as well as having their own payment management plan to help if you don’t have insurance.) Truly could not have asked for a

Dr. Maney and her staff went above and beyond all of my expectations. Her staff really cared about every aspect of my visit and were very thorough in my first evaluation. For someone who is nervous at the dentist I was really happy how quick and easy it was. The office is very comfy and updated! I would highly suggest going to see her and the staff you will not be disappointed.

I’ve went to several dentists in the Cincinnati area in the past 5 years as I’ve felt that some that I have went to didn’t do great work or have advised that I needed work done that I really didn’t need. This is hands down the best office I have been to. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly and they are honest about what does and doesn’t need to be done to keep my teeth healthy.

Dr. Maney, Missy, Lisa, and all the staff of Beechmont Smiles are incredible! I chose this practice simply because it was in my neighbor—luckiest thing ever! They go above and beyond to make scheduling appointments easy and available with my crazy work schedule. They remember me and make me feel welcome even though I only come in twice a year. Highly recommend!

I went for a quick cosmetic fix of my tooth and had appointment for my 11 yr old son as well. The staff were so professional and kind. Dr. Maney did an excellent job fixing my tooth. She was not rushed and spent a lot of time making sure I was happy with result. The entire office treated my son like a rock star! Dr. Maney filled a cavity in his mouth with such ease. He said that he felt no pain. It's so refreshing to experience an office where everyone is kind, upbeat, and professional. Highly recommend

Dr. Chelsey Maney was a very meticulous Dentist while she was at Cincinnati Dental. Her replacement, not so much. I was fortunate enough to find out she bought the practice on Beechmont and stayed in the area. Her new hygienist Ashley is awesome as well. Takes her time during the exams and cleaning, doesn’t leave you feeling like you were an experimental pin cushion. Most communications are done easily via text as well. Very personable staff. Highly recommend this practice!

Without a doubt the most caring and genuine staff. I’ve been seeing a well known dentist on the east side of Cincinnati for 20 years. I decided to take a leap of faith and see what Beechmont Smiles was like. I was blown away with the staff and their work. My comfort came first to them which was very unusual as I am used to sitting down in that chair and being semi tortured. They would stop frequently to make sure I was alright and there wasn’t any pain happening. Along with the customer service their work is an A+! I had some serious cavities with distinct marks on my teeth. I can finally smile

Dr. Maney is amazing. She is easily the most gentle and caring dentist I have ever had. When I came to Dr. Maney, I had 2 cavities that needed filled, and 2 old fillings that needed redone. I had some anxiety over needing multiple fillings, as my last dentist hit a painful nerve while numbing me up. Dr. Maney and her staff addressed my concerns with compassion, and was able to correct all the work I needed in 1 appointment with no pain at all. I cannot recommend her enough! A star is too high... A very bad experience. I am patient and today took my mother that is a elderly woman because she has some discomfort in her mouth. Unfortunately they treated me and my mother with disdain and even contempt. Sorry for them because they forgot that the current market makes a good service in the most important tool for any business especially if it is a medical service.

Debbie P has it right in her review, a painless dentist visit to be sure, but more than that, Dr. Phillips and his staff have an attitude of genuine care which is in short supply in any branch of Medicine. Too often in my life have I been nothing more than a chart to a doctor who is barely in the room and makes less eye contact than a stranger on a bus.
Dr. Phillips is a welcome exception to the rule. He has obviously taken great care to hand pick a staff of smart, bright eyed, friendly professionals for his personnel. Read my other reviews, I'm not easy to impress and have a lot more one
