In prior years, Luxfer conducted various other kinds of rebate and replacement programs. All such replacement and trade-in programs have now ended, with one exception: Certain older Luxfer scuba cylinders sold by U.S. Divers were issued with a lifetime warranty. This lifetime warranty will continue to be honored for the life of each cylinder so warranted.
The Hollis H320 DPV is in and we are starting some testing in order to see the real world numbers, stay tuned! New for 2012, this innovative DPV sets the standard for future design of tow behind scooters. We use an industry first, frameless DC motor which is fit into the aluminum tail assembly. This allows water to draw heat from the motor and electronics assembly instead of internal cooling which is much less efficient.

Paid for my certification in June of 2019 and just got my license two weeks ago. They tell you they will call but never do. The instructor for the open water course is very professional and did a great job as the instructor. But Eric, the owner, and the employees are not professional at all. Would recommend looking for another shop to do anything scuba related.

Worst customer service ever! My nephew paid in advance for an open water certification course, but the person who was supposedly doing the testing was never available, and no one ever returned multiple phone calls. Months later, he is still trying to get his money back. It turns out this shop has the reputation of "Sleazy Scuba." Stay away!

5-star shop and dive training right here. I almost never right reviews, but funny I noticed some lame reviews from people who signed up for classes with me, couldn't follow instructions on where/when to meet nor how to dive (and one even panic-dived day 1) and didn't show day two. Then I notice their rant on here (hilarious). I had a different experience and thought you may be interested in how it went for me:

Do not use this business no matter what you do.
Early in August we went in to the shop and ordered a pair of BCD'S and regulator packages for a trip that we leave for in a matter of a week. (September)
Eric, the shop owner promised us that we would receive our merchandise before the end of August which would give us plenty of time to use and test our gear.
Our BCD's came in on the 9th of August but the regulator packages have yet to arrive.
I went in to ask Eric for a refund and he is refusing to give us our money back for the regulator packages. Claiming he had to pay for the product.

If you value your safety, DO NOT let them work on your equipment. After I spent almost $2,000 with them on new equipment, took my properly working regulators in for annual service. When I got it back the primary regulator was missing. On the backup regulator there were 2 different leaks and regulator was on finger tight on the hose-could have been a serious accident if it came loose 100 feet down. And now the owner won't return my calls. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I spent about 900 on scuba gear and getting me and another person scuba certified. The sales associate there said he was currently out of books and would notify me when they arrived... I contacted this guy via Facebook and his remark was "I no longer work there" I let some time pass because I did not want to pester the business. But they charged me. I still havent received a book for training or testing. I called the store and they kept giving me the hardest time. No one got certified for anything.

Bad customer service, I paid for a class (Enriched Air Diver) finished the e-learning and still after 2 month waiting for the instructor to scheduled class time to finished the class, I have call, talk to Eric and the staff they keep telling me that the instructor is going to call me or Facetime to finished; two months has gone by and nothing scheduled. I have to paid another dive shop now again to finish. I will put also a complain to BBB and Tampa Chamber of Commerce. This is Manny G

I have been to several Scuba shops in the area, by far EZ Scuba has been the best experience. The employees are helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are unbeatable. From now on, this is the only Scuba shop I will use. I had my regulators serviced there. I have rented equipment from there and I plan on making all future purchases at this store. Eric, Jose, and Joseph went above and beyond for me when I lost all of my scuba equipment in a recent storage fire down the street. They took the time out of their busy schedules to personally assess and give a valuation for all of the items involved needing replacement. As a result of their hard work and dedication, I was able to present an accurate and itemized description of what was lost to the insurance company. My girlfriend and I flew to Tampa during a long weekend for our PADI Certification. We purchased the books/materials up north and studied a few weeks before the trip. The academics took one day and then we did our dives near Ocala at Devil's Den and Blue Grotto. One of the managers was on vacation we were lucky to have the owner, Mr. EZ Scuba himself. And I'm very glad he was there as well. He rescued the entire trip on Sunday when my girlfriend had a breakdown in the water and it appeared as if she wasn't going to complete the course. Excellent dive shop. I was searching the area for a location that teaches advanced skills, including tech, cave, and closed circuit. The owner Eric is very passionate about diving and it comes across in his teaching and instruction. He takes the time to explain everything, even it it means staying hours past closing time.
