Heroes Dive Center was established in 2018 with one mission: to bring a real, high-quality scuba dive center to the Dunedin, Clearwater, and Palm Harbor area. Heroes Dive Center is an SSI Diamond dive center that offers a range of courses, products, and services. We provide over 40 SSI certifications ranging from beginner diver to Instructor diver!

Services
This program may be the first step in becoming a freediver or even a certified scuba diver. This program is the easiest way to experience the underwater world of scuba diving without any commitment. This globally-recognized certification program is the best way to begin your life-long adventure as a certified scuba diver.
This program will teach you how to safely plan and dive with enriched air mixtures of up to 40% oxygen. This program includes four different specialty courses: Deep Diving, Night and Limited Visibility, Navigation, and your choice of one out of five different Ecology courses we offer. This diving specialty will give you the ability to safely and comfortably plan and conduct dives beyond 60ft.
This program teaches you about different marine environments, the creatures that live there, and how they interact with each other. Many humans fear sharks, but is that reputation deserved? This program teaches you about different types of sharks, their behavior, and how you can safely observe them in their natural habitat.
The lifelong dream of being a Mermaid can now become a reality! Learning to swim in a mermaid tail is both an enjoyable way to show your creative side and a healthy way to work out. SSI teaches Mermaids and Mermen of all ages, shapes, and sizes. Best of all, our experience in mermaid swimming and freediving guarantees your comfort, confidence, and having fun underwater!
Everyone should be familiar with the signs and symptoms of life-threatening conditions. This course will teach you to recognize these conditions and develop the skills to respond effectively. Instruction for CPR on adults will be included as well. Oxygen first aid is one of the initial responses for diving injuries.

They have great gear and prices--just invested in all new equipment and couldn't be happier with what I got, esp my new BC. Sean was extremely helpful in picking out the gear, and didn't use any of the annoying, 'high-pressure' sales tactics other shops in the area use. They offer some great trips as well. I recently went on their Key Largo trip and it was a blast. Highly recommend this dive shop!

Came down as a referral diver to complete my 4 open water dives. Sean was amazing as was the staff at the shop!! I received lots of very personalized attention and additional education I did not get back in KS. And that was BEFORE my open water dives. I interviewed 5 SSI shops and Sean was top by far! He is a true professional. He is low key and has the experience and knowledge to provide you with a solid scuba foundation. And I always felt safe in the water with him. Don't go anywhere else.

I recently got certified through Heroes Dive Center and have to say that it is the best shop I have been to. Very knowledgeable and they truly show they care more about the student than trying to make a buck and turn out sub-par divers. Cant thank Sean enough for helping me out and conquer any fears I had. Did the online courses, pool work and did 3 dives at Devil's Den (which was awesome!). Did our final check out dives on a drift dive charter out in Boynton Beach and I am HOOKED!!! Can't recommend this place enough!!!
