Fackler was wonderful with our four-year old son. He made him laugh and feel at ease during the process of examining, X-raying and casting his broken arm. We liked the fact that Dr. Fackler took a conservative approach in that he didn't just jump into surgery as an option when it truly wasn't necessary.

This was tough. I broke my fibula in October. At the ER the recommended Fackler. Saw him 18 hours after My ER visit and he didn’t know further examination like an MRI. He gave
Me a Boomerang and told me to walk on it and see if it does if it needs surgery in a week. I couldn’t stand the pain to walk on it so I had to get a knee scoooter on amazon. 2 weeks later I went back and he did the another xray same position, and didn’t even take the boot off to look at it. Matter of fact he didn’t even step in the room. It was so swollen and bruised everywhere. Long story short, got a second option

I highly recommend Dr. Fackler. In my case he repaired a badly torn shoulder (all tendons torn and retracted into shoulder joint). Due to the severity of the injury there were risks that surgery could fail to achieve good results. I'm happy to report it was a success and I played a round of golf (pain free) 4 months later. It's been over a year and I have full mobility and no pain. I believe few could have achieved the same and glad entrusted him with my care.

Would give zero stars if I could. John Fackler guaranteed me that my ACL was torn in my initial visit (even said he’d bet me 10 dollars because he was so sure). He also told me to keep lifting heavy weights in my leg even though he believed my ACL to be torn...... I got a MRI a week later and had to wait a MONTH for his assistant to call and tell me there were no tears anywhere in my knee. I then go to my physical therapist who looked at the MRI and said there were small tears in my LCL and I needed a second opinion. The second doctor confirms that I had nothing wrong with my ACL but did have
