Dr. Miller, Dr. Hulen, and Dr. Lewis helped me go from wheel chair to walking in less than 6 months, it had been a true blessing working with them. The gem of this office is in the front desk, TONYA B., you have made each visit special and you are truly a wonderful and kind person.

I take my mother to see Dr Lewis who is exceptional. we adore him.
the issue is the desk. they no longer answer the phone. there is only one number for all locations. they tell you to go to the website to make appointment. the website will not allow a reschedule. Due to a website issue I literally called for 5 days last week and left messages with the voice mail every day. I finally asked The operator ANN, she put me through to Valerie whom she claimed was a manager. I left her a message .. no one bothered to call back.

Dr. Miller has always been exceptionally friendly and professional. He performed my son’s surgery 5 years ago on his ankle and my son has been able to return to leisure sports. I went to him recently for a toe fracture. He taught me to stop taping my toes together as instructed by a walk-in clinic. Instead he gave me a toe spacer to protect the fractured toe so it may heal properly. He is the only lower extremity orthopedist I trust.

Impossible to get anyone to return your phone calls. I had a STAT CT ordered by Dr. Aldrich after seeing him in the office for a fractured elbow. 2 days later and a CT that shows multiple fractures still can't get anyone to call me back!

I have been going to "Red Oak" to see specialists and for therapy for apx 30 years. Don't recall any issues. Everyone I've had to deal with has been friendly, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable, or all of the above.
Good luck and stay healthy.

My experience at this location has been great. The staff is super friendly and respectful. Each department works really hard to help patients progress and recover back to normal. I’m glad I chose this location. Dr. Miller is a great doctor someone that cares, someone that will push you if you are not where you need to be. Sometimes you might not like what he have to say but he knows exactly what he’s doing.

So very disappointed and angry with Dr. Sun and staff. My husband had 2 shoulder surgeries with Dr. George at KSF and everything went so smoothly. Dr. George was fabulous and we didn't have one single problem. When it came time for his hip surgery, he had to see Dr. Sun who was going to have him go to a facility for some CT scans. My husband, who is in excruciating pain I might add, went to the facility two times just to be told Dr Sun's office had not sent over the paperwork and he can't get his scans. We went back and forth with Dr Sun's office for 2 months trying to get this straightened out

It took me forever (nobody answers the phones there) to book a 2pm appointment here to go over MRI results of my knees with Dr. Dean. The first 30 minutes in the waiting room were spent filling out forms that, in total, asked me the same information about 3 times each (seems an inefficient method to utilize a comprehensive patient care database!!)...when I turned my clipboard in, someone behind me asked when she was going to see the same doctor I was there for, because she'd been there for an hour already waiting and she had another appointment to get to. Worry #1.

At about 2:50, they called

This is probably the only place to schedule a surgery and not tell me the time or location. I called 5 minutes after leaving to be transferred to a voicemail that was full, called 2 other times through the day from 11-5pm

At this point I will be filing a complaint with the medical board. They did nothing for The pain of a broken leg, when I told them I'm in pain, zero information on the surgery when I call I can't get ahold of anyone. This place is a joke. I hope they lose their practice AVOID!!

I had been to this office once before for knee pain and saw Dr. Dunleavy, and he was phenomenal. Unfortunately he is not longer at the practice so I had to see Dr. Michael Dean. It was a horrible experience. I was taken back to the room and then had xrays. That was fine, quick and easy and the xray tech was very friendly. Back in the exam room, the PA came in and did an assessment, he was very professional and thorough. Then Dr. Dean came in the room. He did not introduce himself to me nor my father, and the entire time he was in the room it was like annoyed to be there. He hardly even looked at

Horrifying experience with Dr Mayur Kanjia. I trusted you with my pain care, yet, apparently something as simple as responding to phone calls from your patients and other physicians seems beyond your ability. Calling with concerns about new and worsening symptoms proved futile, when repeated increasingly concerned messages went unreturned for days or weeks. When I asked for an explanation for why he had not , as he assured me, coordinated with my surgeon pre-op, he and the office staff completely stopped responding to my calls. This mistreatment/neglect left me in a world of agonizing pain when

Dr Kanjia asked me to consider the nerve stimulator. I didn't think it would work. Tried the test run for a week. I was so sad when I had to take the test run out after a week. It was like getting the best Christmas present ever, then I had to return it. Dr Kanjia's office was able to get the permanent one quickly. It has helped my level of pain so much.
Dr Kanjia cares so much about his patients. He listens to you researches your results and other trails that you have tried. Living with chronic pain is very difficult. Work with him and really tries what is best for you.

Dr Dunleavy is amazing. Very nice bed side manner. Knowledgeable and understanding of your needs. I cannot say enough nice things about him.

I also really appreciate that he does not double book his patients which will create long wait times. If your appt is at 330, you are seen within a reasonable time of your scheduled time.

One day as we were leaving a restaurant upon getting up I realized I could not walk as my knee had gone out without any prior warning. The pain was beyond words and Monday morning I called and made an appointment with Dr. Dean ( he did my carpal tunnel surgery many years ago) I went in and received x-rays to find out my knee was bone on bone from sports and high heels and just general wear and tear associated with aging...He gave me a cortisone injection in my knee of which I was terrified, but to my amazement the pain was minimal, mostly just discomfort but compared to the excruciating pain prior

I don't even know where to start with my horrifying nightmare and my road to recovery for my knee injury from a careless slip and fall. My nightmare began after a massive fail of an ACL surgery that was supposed to be an outpatient procedure turned into a 4 day hospital stay and a second surgery needed the very next day to remove a screw that somehow ended in my nerve and had to be dug out. So I now have a 10 inch long scar running down the outer side of my leg with a few other smaller two inch scars on the inner side of my leg by my knee. All this done in a hunt for that screw that was

I first saw Dr. Alan Rosen in 2008 to have a benign tumor removed from my hand. he did an excellent job, pain was very minimal, and there's hardly a scar. he warned me that there's always a slight chance that the tumor could regrow if any bit of fragment is left behind, but he was thorough and did a wonderful job bc it's been 4 years and there's no sign of regrowth.

i recently returned to KSF Ortho and Dr. Rosen, having dislocated my elbow and torn ligaments after a rock climbing accident. the entire staff is as kind and welcoming and helpful as i remembered, and Dr. Rosen
