My experience was horrible! I was informed of the DMI provider through my insurance because they were close in proximity to my home. Initially I spoke with Alma who if I must say is rude, incompetent, cuts you off in mid sentence ,not very informed on the process of how or who to contact in order to obtain the correct medical billing codes for equipment customer needs. She even went as far as lying and saying my insurance denied it. When I challenged her statement and informed her that my insurance had not even processed the ppwrk she placed me on hold and sent me to vm. Then Mel called me back

This company has literally everything you need to heal an injury even prosthetics! And they're in network with so many plans. My husband had plantar fasciitis and had to have sx. They were there and made the process so easy for him to get the equipment he needed. They made that part easy. I recommend them
