To help expedite the registration process, we have uploaded our New Patient Registration resource forms. In an effort to respect the time of all our patients, our staff strives to stay on schedule. For patients who are delayed or arrive late for their appointment, every effort will be made to see you the same day.
Before you head to our office for your procedure, take a look at our recommended pre-operation instructions below. Please notify our staff two days before your procedure if you are taking medication for diabetes, heart, or blood-thinners (e.g., Heparin, Coumadin, Warfarin, Plavix, etc.).
The Surgery Center where your procedure will be performed will contact you two days prior to your appointment to provide pre-op instructions and any additional information.Make sure to thoroughly shower the night before and the morning of your procedure to reduce the risk of infections.

If you have soreness, please take your regular pain medications. If you do not have prescribed pain medications, you may take 2 Extra Strength Tylenol (1 gram) every 8 hours over the next 24 hours. You may apply moist heat the following day as needed and warm showers in the morning and evening. Use the heating pad with caution and on low setting only;.
Patients must be located within a 30-mile radius of our Minivasive Pain & Orthopedics offices in order to qualify for transportation. Patients will not be given a pickup time when setting up an appointment. They will be given a call a day before (which they have to answer) to confirm and be given a pickup time.

The dr seems capable enough but their scheduling folks are terrible at their job. They drop the ball for scheduling every procedure they order. My MRI took 6 phone calls and they lied at every turn. I ended up scheduling my own MRI for the next day. I take my MRI results in a week later, which shows multiple spinal issues, they order an injection for a week later, but failed to call me when the drs availability changed. 6 weeks since my accident, they have lied to me repeatedly on the phone, blaming others for the lack of progress. Still no pain relief and no idea when I will get some now. Thanks

Dealing with getting hip injectons every 4 months for about 3 years. I needed to reseach a better plan. Very motivated to review because I found Minivasive Specialists. The professionalalism of the staff and office, as well as the doctors are GREAT, especially Dr Le. his upbeat and confidence manner made me felt much more comfortable. The office even has a Fluoroscopy monitor . (google it, I did)

The service I am receiving form this group has been terrible.. From the start, it took me several attempts just to get an appt. From there, they dropped the ball and did not file a claim with the insurance company until the day prior to the pre scheduled MRI. So, had to reschedule. Long story short, they lied to me stating a peer to peer was scheduled with the insurance company to help them evaluate the request and hopefully approve the procedure. so, had to reschedule for a second time.. Meanwhile, I am in extreme pain and on an addictive medication that I prefer not to have to take.. if it wasn
