Established in 2001, the Newburyport Yacht Club is now widely recognized as one of the premier boating clubs on the Northern Massachusetts/Southern New Hampshire coast. The Club House and Marina are located on the Merrimack River, just minutes from Interstate 95 and US Route One.
The Marina features sheltered, deepwater dockage, and is approximately a mile and a half upriver from one of the premier sport fishing and sailing areas in the Northeast.The Marina comprises 192 slips on three docks. In addition to the Club House, amenities include ample on site parking, a pool, and men's and women's restrooms with hot showers.

Newburyport Yacht Club is the only marina in the area that has a swimming pool, a clubhouse with a spacious porch overlooking the river, and offers high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the marina and clubhouse, just to name a few amenities. Newburyport Yacht Club offers different levels of seasonal memberships which offers use of club facilities, dockage, winter storage or both. Our "full year" seasonal membership provides full access to all Club facilities and activities and includes seasonal launch and haul and winter storage. Seasonal members receive $500 credit if they elect to upgrade their membership to a Charter membership within 1 year.
In accordance with federal and state environmental regulations and with Club policy, members and renters are specifically prohibited from power washing their boats. Power washing is to be performed by authorized Club personnel only, and only on the haul out mat. By prior arrangement, and at your own risk, you may berth your boat on the haul docks the evening prior to the day your haul is scheduled, and you do not need to be present.
Newburyport Yacht Club supports public waterway access under Chapter 91 of Massachusetts law. As such, we welcome visitors to our marina on a transient basis. In the event you are requesting a reservation for a date within the next 48 hours, please contact the Club Office directly at 978.463.9911. LOA includes but is not limited to swim platforms, pulpits, and outdrives.

Very nice, clean place. Our family usually invites us here for a pool and picnic date once a year. The kids love it! There is only 1 problem we have ever had. You need to be a member to get a key card and you need a key card to use the bathroom... With 5 kids that is not always easy or ideal.
They have a nice boat house with seating and tables and a fridge and a sink. Also there is a nice deck with seating overlooking the docks.
