This is probably the worst mechanic you will ever find- if you have a new/er car, PLEASE do not use this guy. He is used to fixing old cars. Took my car for a routine service- charged me almost what Mercedes would charge me almost 800 bucks and two days after I got back my car- check engine light- never had a check engine light before. Call the dude and his response is, bring it back in and we will run a scan- which ONLY costs $95. He is a good guy but a clown when it comes to the work he does. If you want to have headaches- please use the guy, otherwise if NOT stay away. Not worth it. This is

I usually shop around when it comes to a major car repair, not only looking for the cheapest price, but also for the quality of work they can do. Mercedes Plus did a great job working on my SLK320. Their mechanics have huge experience working on Mercedes cars and you can see their knowledge right away. Now this shop is doing all the maintenance on both of my cars.

John is a great guy to deal with and more importantly, honest. Being a car enthusiast, I have run across many owners, technicians, mechanics that try to increase the repair cost.
We have been using him to repair my mothers ML350 (2006) for years and he has kept it in tip top shape. When going to him you know you're getting an honest quote and you won't feel the pressure of unnecessary repairs.
Only thing that could be improved is his waiting area. But I can't justify deducting a star due to his workmanship.
