We spend 2 weeks around Xmas and New Year '21 at this beautiful place. We had a great time, perfect vacation in a perfect location.
Already booked for next year Xmas.
Other campers were extremely courteous, George was always helpful.
Tip, if you plan to spend time on Anna Maria island (and you most likely will) consider bicycles, car traffic over the bridge nearby is heavy pretty much at all times.
My wife and I had a blast to roam around with our E bikes, traffic was no issue at all, as a matter of fact it creates a smile onto your face passing all the waiting cars. :-)

Great RV resort. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Boat slips easy to use and has a small launch on site. Worked perfect for our 24' boat. Grounds kept up nicely. All sites are pavers with beautiful landscaping. Stayed a month and our rig stayed clean on the outside. Management and staff are excellent people. Facilities are cleaned often. Small workout center and laundry facilities. Pool is perfect to hang out at and get the scoop on the local area. GT Bray park 5 miles down the road. Excellent dog park, disc golf and plenty of stuff for the kids there. Make sure to have No See Um

Pros: Beautiful RV park. Lucious landscape, clean restrooms, pool is immaculate. George the campgrounds maintenance man was very nice and accommodating. The site we stayed at was large and fit our 40' motor home and vehicle nicely.
Cons: Mosquitos but that's to be expected because it's Florida. I also didn't like that there is no late check in and the laundry room closes at 9.

Overall I was pleased with our accommodations and stay.

Beautiful, quiet RV resort, most of the sites are privately owned but all are maintained beautifully. There is a boat ramp and private docks by the canal front sites. Everything is either paved or brick so the campers stay clean! Every site has a table with umbrella and chairs, a storage shed, electric and sewer hookup. The pool and lounge are pleasant. Check out is 12, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Trash pickup every hour!

We pulled in and thought, wow this place is small. Once we got parked we realized how nice the sites are and how private they are we were pleasantly surprised. It is a nice location, close to the beach, stores and restaurants. The sites are flat with complete paver coverage and a lot of plantings around. You can tell that there are a lot of people who keep their campers here full time and they keep their surrounding beautiful.

This is a beautiful RV park. The pool is kept at 80 degrees. The lots are large and well- maintained and there is a private kayak/canoe launch. The only issue for me, was the road noise on Lot 7. It is a main thoroughfare to the beach and is very busy and loud late into the night and very early in the morning.

The park is under a new management team and they are fabulous. The place has never been cleaner and everyone is working together to make people that are renting the happiest they can be. The facilities have improved and this is one of the premier RV parks in the nation. So close to restaurants and only a short walk across the beautiful Cortez Bridge to the beaches on the Gulf.

This place is ok but there is rich snobs from everywhere but Florida who complain about every move you make they watch you too cause most people own here I wish they would have put it's a senior living place cause everyone complained about us the whole time I brought a boat and a 5th wheel camper first the place is so tight that you have to be a great driver to drive through it they have a boat ramp but it between two trees and people have all these lawn ordaments in the way not only that they have ash trays by the pool but had 3 people complain they had to leave cause of our smoke, liberal

Overpriced, unfriendly management. This place charges well over $100 per night - don't pay attention to listed rates, they add an extra $25 or so in "fees" - but still no usable wifi?. Management seemed unconcerned - all I got was "we'll look into it". Nothing changed. Only 1 bar of verizon cell service so don't expect to be connected while here. Sites are very small without much privacy. All sites are back in, with very tight turning room. Bugs were very bad also. Bring your spray!

Just left Holiday Cove, spent two weeks there. Beautiful landscaped sites. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The restrooms and showers were spotless. Loved the pool, clean, lots of tables and chairs.
Quarter of a mile from the beach. Many good restaurants and grocery stores close. If you have a motor home or fifth wheel what could be better than having Ace Hardware a mile away. Wish there were more resorts like Holiday Cove in Florida

I love staying at this RV Resort. The folks at check in are friendly, the facility is clean and it offers everything you could need. Plus, it's super close to the beach and Anna Maria.
