In this capacity, she directs all financial aspects of the company including accounting practices, budgeting, pricing and offer management, financial analysis, financial planning and monitoring financial performance.

Before joining TrustedForce, she worked for Trimeris, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRMS) as the Executive, Director of Finance where she managed the SEC reporting, budgeting, forecasting, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, tax provisions and returns and quarterly and annual external audits.Her experience with Trimeris, Inc. also included a reverse merger of the company by Synageva BioPharma Corporation (NASDAQ: GEVA) in November of 2011.
