Anthony was born and raised in Tampa, Florida where he attended Tampa Catholic High School. In 2007, Anthony graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. In the spring of 2010, he then went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, Florida's first accredited law school.
