Services
In 1992 five independent agencies began meeting weekly to address rising volume requirements from insurance companies, profit sharing minimums, and general business pressures. Seeking a way to enable their agencies to be more successful, the group worked on the "PIIB Model" for two years. Today, PIIB remains trues to the original mission to help agencies succeed individually.
Like branches in a tree we, all grow in different directions, but our roots keep us all together. We strive to cultivate success for our affiliate partners while providing an environment of collaboration, camaraderie, and stability. We are not just another network; we are a family that genuinely cares about the betterment of our affiliate's partners.
Tiffany Bertolini began her insurance career in 2004, working part-time for PIIB as an Administrate Assistant. Later, she graduated with honors from Sacramento State with a BS degree in Business with a focus on Marketing. Tiffany was promoted in 2011 to the position position of Sales and Operations Manager; in that role, she helped PIIB grow from 100 affiliates to 240 affiliates.
Robert O'Neill has over 35 years of experience in the insurance industry and is the founder and President of Town & Country Insurance Services, Inc. DBA: Hot Rod Insurance Services, Inc. He has been selling policies to fit the individual and commercial client needs with an emphasis on long term relationship building as well as excellent customer service.
Dennis Sewell began his insurance career in 1984. He spent 5 years as a claims adjuster for Liberty Mutual and Chubb Insurance. He spent the next 2 years as an underwriter building Chubb's presence in the winery business. In 1992 he accepted a sales position at R.C. Fischer & Company in Walnut Creek, where he currently serves as president while maintaining an active book of business.
