Foothills was founded in 1998 by Matt Becker and Roy L. Claar. Matt saw the need for a locally owned cremation and funeral provider in Golden and Jefferson County. Over the last 22 years, Matt has devoted his time and passion to helping area families in need. I was trying to organize my brother's service from a different state and was so pleased with Foothills at how easy and relatively seamless they made the process.
