I went to get my chevrons for dress blue shirt (marine corps top) sewed on. It was suppose to be completed on a Thursday June 10th, 2020. When I came to pick it up, it wasn’t completed, actually my shirt never moved from when I brought it in. The chevrons was still in the packaging, so it hasn’t been touched. Today, June 18th, 2020 I went to pick it up. The shirt wasn’t pressed. When asked why, I was told today it would’ve been a separate charge. Plus my shirt wasn’t even covered with the protective film. $15 for an incomplete, late job.

Do not go to this store. Horrible customer service and very unorganized. It’s overpriced and they are not puntual when they said clothes will be ready on due date. They gave me the dress 3 days after the due date and the day I went to pick it up I had to wait an extra hour because they still didn’t have it ready. In all honesty I was not satisfied with their job.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! The most unprofessional people I have ever meet in my entire life. I go there 4 months before my wedding day for my bridesmaids dresses. What a waste of my life. She gave them to me three days before. She lied to me multiple times about when the dresses were going to b ready. Plus it's so expensive. I decided to get my groomsmen suits here and the worst decision ever the cheapest type of clothing. She did not want to receive them early to do their measurements and then said that we are the people who are irresponsible. WHAT! ARE YOU SERIOUS . We are the customers

I lived in Brentwood most of my life...was looking for a seamstress/tailor to make a blanket out of my grandfather's pajamas I had kept after he passed away...I tried a few in my area and had no luck with someone wanting to take on the project...Till I found Miriam... right down the block from where I live... Miriam was not only ready to help me...she made time on such short notice to have it ready for Christmas to give to my mom...She is very professional and talented...all around a great woman to do business with..I will be recommending her to all friends and family... thank you Miriam for making

The most unprofessional business in Brentwood. The place is a mess, it looks like she's a hoarder with crap up to her ceilings, she's disorganized and nothing was done when it was supposed to be. Do yourself a favor, save the headache go somewhere else. She had the nerve to have an attitude on top of the lousy service. The clothes should've been done by Monday, when we picked up on Tues she had not started, she promised it would be done the next day and it's still not done. Oh Lord give me patience, I'm about to lose it. We need it our clothes right now.
