State Farm prioritizes bottom line over customer service. Every time I've had an incident, they could care less. I'm leaving them after 20+ years of zero payments from them because I refuse to support their business anymore. Start treating your customers(especially your profitable ones) like real people and not like cows in a herd.

For 30 years I have been a State Farm customer. Folklore says that an insurance company will drop you after a while because the odds say you will be making a claim. Well I stayed with them and they stayed with me.

I have been a customer of David's for a few years now after over 25 years with Allstate. David is a true professional and has terrific attention to detail with a service attitude second to none. My wife and I went in to do a review of our insurance policies with State Farm since we recently retired. We left our meeting knowing that our insurance needs were in " Good Hands " :) and could not be more pleased.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars on here based on how terrible this agent is. This is the only agent my wife has ever known for 2years and seemingly so he appears to not give a single d*m about his customers. He is the perfect definition of a misogynist. Ignored my wife's phone calls for a couple of weeks, no return phone calls or emails at that. His secretary is no better stating "he's never in the office" but when I get on the phone and demand someone get on the phone he magically appears. We created an auto and renters insurance quote on October 13, 2015. The auto insurance policy was created but the renters insurance was not. This was due to another person who used to live in our new apartment building had reported a break-in. I haven't even mentioned that they listed this previous tenants report on OUR history therefore showing negatively on us, not the other tenant. We have no idea who this person was, and State Farm never contacted us to confirm this information, not from an agent, not from underwriting, no one. One month later we receive a bill from our previous insurance carrier

They just can't get it right. terrible agent/staff. my spouse had to pay a ticket because apparently i was NOT listed as a driver on what was originally my policy. smh. i'm so sick of this office. i emailed agent selection and still don't know where i stand as far as for my new agent. when i told mr. korede that his staff gave me false info. i received an email back stating he has the right to work in the state of ga...????...what kind of answer is that......if anyone see this office....RUN!
